Well-designed hotel and room. Excellent water pressure for showers. Check-in was efficient and quick. The front office staff were helpful in giving directions, suggestions for transport into the city (the hotel is located by the airport, a good 45 minutes away by metro to Madrid city center). Airport Shuttle arrived promptly at airport for pick up. The hotel is not close to any public transportation (metro or bus stop). The most cost effective way to get into the city is to catch the complimentary airport shuttle to Terminal 2, then hop on the metro, €2 each way. Note that the shuttle service ends at midnight. |

The position is very good. The staff especially at reception are very helpfull.The lay out of the room is more the satisfectory. It is functionable,smarat and practical. By the way the hot chocolate is exellent! expensieve but exellent!! I only had one problem my husban was not well in the morning and I had to pay for a full breakfast ie. 15 euro for a cup of tea and a slice of dry toast for him. Otherwise all ok. Maybe the possiblity of a tea or coffee in the morning would be good even considering the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and as in our case we were there overnight and having to leave early for the airport not everyone has time for a full breakfast. |

The hotel is well made and well maintained.The airport shuttle is a boon. The staff was helpful and spoke English well which really helped. The only negative would be the absence of a bellboy which makes it a little difficult....... |

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The ultra-modern decor was attractive and included futuristic fixtures that were both interesting and functional, with lots of unexpected extras. The restaurant was also very good. This hotel is ideal for business travelers or others who want to be close to the airport. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the morning without having to pay for the complete breakfast buffet. There is not much to see or do within walking distance of the hotel, but it is convenient to the airport and to a highway network. |

The staff were excellent at the hotel, always happy to help and did so with a smile. I think i must have pestered them more than any other person ever has with questions on the area etc but they were always extremely polite and their english was also something to applaud. The only downfall was the location as we had to get taxis back from the city centre however the price of the room more than made up for the expense on cabs. I would deifnately recommend this hotel to future holiday makers. Thanks for helping to make our trip a memorable one for the right reasons |

Free Internet with cable and wifi in the room was perfect. Very fast. Very clean and large rooms. New and modern. Water, shower excellent. Mini bar perfect. I froze in the room, no heating. It was 9 degrees outside and the room inside was no more than 15!!! |

The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is nicely designed and well located if you are traveling to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and is included in the price. There was only a buffet breakfast available for 15 Euros, and I cannot eat enough to justify spending 15 Euros for breakfast. It would be nice if the hotel offered an alternative "continental breakfast" to the guests at a lower price. |

They wer not expecting me and had no notification of the booking.The hotel was full and this took 45 minutes to sort out. Not very impressed with the communication between yourselves and the hotel. |

Great hotel, very close to the airport so perfect if you need to catch a flight. I wouldn't stay here to visit Madrid however as it is far out of the city core. |

Excellent value for money and very good cuisine (for a business standard). Yes, I have to admit 2 things disappointed me, The staff at the desk were either extremely slow becuase they are unskilled or the software they are using is slow... either way. poor.What was worse was the airport to hotel shuttle service... we waited over an hour... even called the hotel to ask where the shuttle was and where told it would arrive... It never did. I gave up and took a taxi and had to pay 25 euro becuase of the minimum charge. This disappointed me. |

The breakfast did not start early enough for us to catch our flight. They would not refund our money for the breakfast. Offered a sack lunch at 4:30 in our room which they did not bring. Had to demand refund at check out before the sack lunch appeared. |
