A nice,clean, modern hotel. Rooms are adequate. The shuttle service is prompt and continuous, free internet as advertised with several stations. Wi-Fi on each floor, work areas on each floor. Staff are helpful. Remote location in an office/industrial area. A shopping mall nearby with food courts can be used if the restaurant is not available, Food quality in the restaurant is poor,while the prices are high. |

Rooms very clean, nice design and loved the easy access to the airport. Check in was a bit slow, and there wasn't anywhere to eat within the hotel itself. |

Clean and comfortable. So near the airport and had a complimentary shuttle. The very sleek and modern decor with little carpeting and fabric was good for my allergies. The computer room was wonderful and free. A 3 story mall nearby had a pharmacy, grocery store, many eating places and almost everything you might need - within walking distance. Great place to stay if you have an early flight out. The breakfast buffet was ok, but it was a little on the expensive side. It took a bus ride and a metro ride to get to the tourist part of town. |

the bathroom was large and the shower was awesome, spacious room, great wi-fi included with room price, great location to airport, with shuttle service. the beds were hard, but the pillows soft. |

Its location is very close to the airport, that's why i chose it for 1 night staying. The shuttle service was also a good thing to go to and from the airport. |

The location is very convenient for business travellers: close to the airport yet quiet. The hotel is so brand new (it opened about two months ago) that in some areas of the room it still smells the paint and coatings. |

The design of the hotel is excellent,the comfort of the room superlative.The common areas such as the business area,computor floor etc are very good,and a pleasure to look at as well as to use. The one failure of our stay was the airport pickup.We waited over an hour for the hotel bus,and there was no alternative way of getting to the hotel except for a (very expensive) taxi |

i chose this hotel because it had airport service which was free and caters for early morning departures. classed as a 3/4 star hotel, it did not have the facilities for such a classification. I think for the price I would stay elsewhere and pay for a taxi to transport me to or from the airport. Not value for money. |

It was new and clean. Great shower. There were no blankets in the room, when I mentioned this in the morning I was told that you have to ask for blankets. |

The hotel experienced some difficulty with "mud in the water" and relocated me to an apartment a short walk away. The staff was kind about helping me with the large amount of luggage I had and due to the inconvenience gave me free breakast and minibar. I thought they handled the large volume of customers at the hotel for an international conference quite well. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to others needed accommodation near Barajas airport. The airport shuttle needs to run more frequently during high occupancy periods. |

I almost love everything in Axor Feria. It is just so nice and I will definitely choose it again. I hope the reception people could be more efficient. they should get things done faster when there are many customers waiting. |
