M'ha agradat bastant la decoració de l'hotel. Trob que la categoria de 4* no és l'adequada, per mi sería un 3* ja que un hotel així no hauria de tenir una cortina a la duxa ni una televisió amagada. |

La ubicació del hotel (tot i ser cèntric molt silenciós), el disseny i les instal.lacions del gimnàs. L'aire condicionat. No es podia regular la temperatura i teniem força calor. |

Helpful staff, convenient location, comfortable rooms, flexible in terms of check out Not much variety for vegetarians for breakfast, no spa/salon at hotel, display more tourist information in terms of brochures etc |

Cool design and good location. Price was convenient for a double room with nice view. The rooms are very noisy. At check out the concierge charged me a wrong (dearer) amount than as per Booking.com reservation and only after 20m he invoiced and charged me the correct amount. |

Great location for shoppers! The hotel is in the middle of Salamanca region and walking distance to the most important shopping streets of Madrid. We stayed in a room with a view to the back side of the hotel, the advantage was that it was quiet and not so hot. It was also very easy to reach the hotel from and to the airport by metro. The breakfast was very good even though it was not included in our rate. The service was always friendly and good. There was a funny smell of probably a cleaning material as we entered the room but it disappeared when we aired out. The walls are in fact a little thin but one hears mostly the steps of the upstairs neighbor because of the hardwood floors and only muffled noises from next door neighbors. |

Location. Decoration of common areas, library, relax feel, next to metro. Smallish room, window with no view (wall), booking not respected, very unfriendly staff at breakfast (btw overpriced), unbearable waiting time for elevators. |

Next to goya metro station which is a direct line and a short ride to the tourist spots.a nice city neighborhood. Modern clean hotel. Thermostat in room controlled air conditioning. Got a room in the back- no view-but no street noise. Borrowed an iron from the maid. Restaurant/bar was very nice-reasonable prices. Breakfast expensive but a nice deli across the street. Located on a busy street. Bathroom was nothing special.. The room is a little small similar to a holiday inn express/hampton inn/etc. . |

The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. The location is very nice and really close to the metro. The walls are kind of thin. You can hear your neighbors and they can hear you. |

I really enjoyed my stay in the Vincci Hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean (shiny) and the buffet breakfast had a good selection. The only negative was the noise because you could hear people walking along the corridor and upstairs in the rooms. |
