A bit old but clean and confortable. Good value for money on a short trip to Madrid. Not far from metro station on a quiet area and within walking distance from the Sorolla museum. |

It was well located for my purposes. Although not in the central city, it is conveniently located to the Metro and the neighborhood is very nice. The tv did not work. The air conditioning did not work. |

Quiet location, convenient to Metro, in a residential neighborhood with ample restaurants. A pleasant part of town in which to stay. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathroom was quite large for the room size. All electrical features worked fine. |

It was easy to find, there are many surrounding train stations which makes it very accessible. The room was an acceptable standard and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! |

I stayed in Madrid. This hotel was within walking distance to the Metro, shops and various restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There are no laundry mats near the area or internet cafes, but the hotel does have WiFi. The room was very small. |

Nice, helpful staff, clean room, close to metro and other facilities, easy to find etc. The first night I stayed, I had a spacious double room so was slightly disappointed with the single room I was given on my return! |

Nice enough location, anonymous feel. Too noisy from street if window left open at night. Shower cubicle too poky. |

Clean, tidy and "complete" room on a fairly quiet location (6-th floor). The room was exactly what we needed. Staff spoke poor english and because of that provided us with the wrong room-key (security/privacy). |

The front desk staff was helpful I asked for a non-smoking room which I got but early in the morning hours (3 am) someone was smoking outside of my room probably outside on the balcony and all I could smell for over an hour was cigarette smoke. I did not like this and think if you have non-smoking rooms they should all be on the same floor far away from the smoking rooms. |

That it was clean, good staff and close to my job. The Metro with two different lines are just around the corner. |

Close to centre and subway stations. It was a small room but its OK for a single traveller. Facilities are clean, bathroom clean. Staff was friendly and the restaurant which was open to no-guests was also fairly good though the food was to fatty. The heating system was not appropriated for the winter. I took 2 days to adjust it properly so I could sleep well. But once its working well you wont have any problem staying in the room. |

It is near 2 metro stations. Nice area Room was very small with no fridge, they should replace the room door locks with electronic. I had to leave the key to reception each time. For 2 days no one cleaned the room (sunday and monday) |

Good access to metro stations such as Bilbao,Quevedo, Iglesia. I like the area around this hotel - less tourists more locals, enjoyable to walk around. |

1. Quiet even though at the junction of 2 major streets. 2. Only 5 metro stops from centre of town (Sol) or, if one walk quick only, about 40 minutes walk. 3. Costs only 1 euro to use the room safe. 1. Breakfast. Not even scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs only sometime served. 2. Small single bed. |
