I thought the cleanliness of the room was well taken care of, and one of the porters was pleasant. The majority of the staff i found to be unhelpful, as i had a couple of problems that needed assitance and there was none given, the reception desk was supposed to be open 24 hrs for guest convience, but on two occassions at approx 22.30 there was no-one around. |

Breakfast was OK. Kitchen staff were smilingly helpful. The porter and room atendant were good. The central location is fine. The reception staff could smile a bit more. Not preparing a breakfast pack for guests departing for the airport before 7 am, even tho they paid, is not right |

The hotel is in very city center, close to main attractions. The room was still very small for 4 stars, though very clean. If you ask for quiet room you get It with windows to backyard that is still noisy because of some building with loud conditioner in it. Staff was nice, but not really what I expect in 4 stars. |

Single room with comfortable bed and good shower. Located right in the center of Madrid off the Gran Via. Rooms are soundproofed so the city noises from the street does not bother the guests. We were staying at Hotel Arosa and attending an exhibition at the Feria, which was somewhat of a long metro ride with two transfers each way. It was a perfect location to walk around the city and to discover restaurants each evening, but the commute to and from the Feria was a bit too long despite Madrid's excellent Metro system. |

Best Western Arosa is well located for shopping, sightseeing and visiting old Madrid-it is also very close to Metro station. At first glance, the hotel's entrance does not look very impressive but once you arrive at reception on 2nd floor, it is fine. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient with an excellent choice for most people. The bowl with apples by reception desk is a very good idea. A larger choice of snacks from the bar in the evenings may attract more guests, who have had a busy day, to stay in and have a snack and a drink in the hotel rather than go out. |

The waiters were helpful. I was sick and asked for honey, lemon and hot water and they served with a smile. The fact that I thought the room was larger. And the English was not too great but you find that all over Spain. |

It was very convenient for visiting the city of Madrid. The staff could have smiled a bit more. Some aspects of the rooms looked a bit in need of decoration. |

Free Internet! For the money I paid on booking.com, it was an amazing deal (317 eur for 5 nights). For the normal price (around 200 EUR/night), I would expect a bit more. The staff was not extremely friendly and the walls were somewhat thin so that you could hear people in the next room talking and the opening and closing of doors in the morning can be extremely annoying if you are not also getting up at 6 or 7 am. |

In general the facility itself is old. The room allocated for me (in the corner of 6th level) smelled so bad from the bathroom and I could hear in the room a continuing sound of water drained in a pipe behind the wall. I asked to change the room and the new one was okay. Also, I found the inconvenient process of internet connection. Everytime I start up the browser newly (after closing all other browser windows), I had to type the meaningless code and password during the 3 nights stay. |

Staff was very friendly, the hotel is centrally located, close to the metro stations and very close to tourist attractions. The bed was big and comfortable, the window was overlooking the street. The elevators are extremely small, the bathroom and the furtniture was old, paint was chipping, the carpet needs to be changed. |

The free wifi was good. The access to the hotel was a little unusual in that the reception is on the 2nd floor and the lifts in the hotel are very small. |

Location was excellent. Stayed in both a single and twin room. Twin room was very much larger than the single and seems newer. Rooms were clean. |

Aside from the fact that it was cheap, the staff are very accomodating and hospitable, also the best part is its in the heart of the city but not as expensive as i would expect from a hotel which is near everything. |

the hotel is directly in the city center, easy to reach by metro. it's clean although the building is old. the stairs at the entrance of the building and the small lift. it's very noisy at night, both from the other rooms and the street noise is directly inside the room. the breakfast is poor. in any case it's really very good to stay in the city center, it really worths that. |

This sophisticated hotel offers impressive design and an excellent location on Madrid’s main street of Gran Vía. The large outdoor terrace has superb views of the city centre. |
Centrally set on Gran Vía, have a unique stay at the Senator España Spa, with a theatre offering comedy shows within the hotel, as well as free Wi-Fi and minibar. |
The Husa Hotel Paseo del Arte is next to Madrid’s Atocha train station and the Retiro Park. It is perfectly located for visiting museums and galleries. |
This elegant hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, between Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. It is an ideal base to visit famous museums and the historic city centre. |
