Good location, friendly staff and good facilities. We ordered a pot of tea for two at the bar whilst we watched the football and weren't even charged for it. If this wasn't an oversight then it's excellent customer service as tea/coffee costs next to nothing to supply, but supplying it free appears to show great largesse. It looks quite mercenary to be charging 2 Euros a day to use a valuables safe, especially when most of the hotels we stayed in offered it for nothing. Internet access charges are high, again when you consider it's now the norm for most hotel groups and cafes to offer it free. |

Excellent location, especially for the art galleries. Spacious, clean room with nice bathroom. 2 single beds put together to make a double. No tea/coffee maker in room. Thin walls. |

Availability of English speaking staff, and assistance with reporting a Metro theft to police This hotel has a ridiculously high internet and wifi fees, when similar class hotels offer same in the hotel rate. If the internet was also efficient it might not be so bad, but it is also incredibly slow. The same comment applies to the price of telephone calls from one's room. |

Hotel was conveniently located to train station and main visitor attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. No personality- no ambiance- a plain hotel to spend night. |

The staff was very gracious and helped us get all information needed for Madrid. The beds were too soft and hurt both mine and my cousin's back. |

It's comfortable, well located and affordable hotel in Madrid. The food was also good. Despite the double layered windows, still there is noise from the street specially in the morning. |

Excellent location at walking distance of main museums, parks, and transportation; we had an ideal room at a high floor with a nice bathroom and a wide and sunny balcony. The restaurant was not bad and kindly accepted us at almost 11pm at our arrival. Real value for money! |

The room we got was spacious and clean. They said it was renovated, so the bathroom was decent for European hotels. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful! Example: the first day we had to wait a long time to be checked in -the girl receptionist made it seem like she was doing us a favor checking people in earlier. And one older guy who was doing nothing refused to check me in and told me to wait for the other receptionist to finish. When we asked for directions to Las Rozas outlet, he spent time lecturing us on how to pronounce it: Las Rozas? I don't know any Las Rozas, it's pronounced "la rothas"! And then he didn't even help us on how to get there-just told us go to the train! Other receptionists were not much better-surly attitude maybe towards foreigners in particular. They were very reluctant to help and looked irritated when we ask them for it |

Good rate, larger than average room, near everything. Street noise, not the hotels fault I know, but midweek you will certainly know when rush hour starts! |

Good clean room, of a decent size, with a good bathroom and air conditioning. Everything was extra, breakfast (13.50 per person!) internet, safety deposit box, no kettle/facilities in the room. The Hotel itself was on a main road (in a not particlularly pleasant area) and very noisey all night. |

Excellent location, close to Atocha station, Retiro Park, the Prado and the Reina Sofia museum. Very comfortable room with high standard fittings. We didn't use the restaurant as there were umpteen restaurants and bars close by. |

Convenient location to central Madrid - arts, shopping, eating, nightlife. The room was very pleasant with comfortable beds, enough space and an excellent shower. The whole operation seemed professional without any hassle. Room service was prompt & smiley. We came to Madrid to see Leonard Cohen in concert - he was fantastic. Our 5 day stay was also a great holiday. There appeared to be a problem with using your key card to open the front door at night, however within 5 minutes the night porter opened up! I feel a review of your menu might encourage more diners in the evening. Didn't try the breakfast, but believe it to be superb. |

The Husa Hotel Paseo del Arte is next to Madrid’s Atocha train station and the Retiro Park. It is perfectly located for visiting museums and galleries. |
