- Zimmergröße (ausrecichend groß), Einrichtung: modern, stilvoll, sehr angenehm, gutes Frühstücksbufet: zum Sonderpreis von 7 EUR auch günstig (notmal allerdings 15 EUR) - keine richtige Hotellobby, Fahrstuhl um halbe Etage versetzt - d.h. mit Koffer Treppe laufen |

Zentrale Lage und gute Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in der Naehe. Beheizung der Zimmer ist nur ueber eine laute Klimaanlage moeglich. |

location was really good and rooms were clean do it yourself hotel ! there was no concierge , no one to take care of your luggage , no one to call a taxi, you should do all by yourself. the walls are so thin early mornings its impossible to sleep due to noise from corridor and neighboring rooms. breakfast is average. |

Quick and efficient check-in and check-out. They had a offer on while I was there for breakfast (7 Euros and lots of choice) Very close to metro stop. Easy to reach Atocha station too. Free internet, signal didn't drop either. Room was very quiet - on the 9th floor. |

Su ubicacion, la habitacion. El personal de servicio daba la sensacion de que estaban siempre de descanso, veias el carro delante de la habitacion pero te la arreglaban a ultima hora de la mañana, pese a avisar que la habitacion estaba disponible para hacerla. En el comedor no estaban pendientes de los detalles y de cuando se acaban los platos, el cafe o los zumos . Si bajabas a primera hora a desayunar faltaba mas de la mitad de las cosas del buffe. No avisan que el fin de semana abren mas tarde y no me tomaron nota de la habitacion cuando baje. |

La ubicacion, cercania a boca de metro, en zona comercial con multitud de comercios y en zona muy acompañada para moverse a horas normales (familia) La entrada es un poco estrecha y espartana, y la habitación un poco oscura. El desayuno bufe me parece caro. |

L'hotel est bien situé a proximité du centre facilement accessible en métro en 10 minutes. Notre chambre était côté rue et il y avait une bonne insonorisation. Le confort de la chambre avec minibar et une douche excellente avec plein d'accessoires à disposition. Les consommations au bar sont un peu chères. Un plateau avec tasses de café est resté dans le couloir une journée entière avant d'être enlevé. Mis à part ces deux petits détails tout était très bien. Hotel à conseiller. |

La relación calidad-precio es excelente con respecto a la situación del Hotel (en pleno barrio de Salamanca, calle Goya con Velázquez). Además, el metro de Velázquez está justo en la puerta. La habitación muy grande y la cama de la habitación enorme (1.80). El baño muy bien equipado. La habitación tiene una puerta intermedia entre la puerta de entrada y el dormitorio. En general, excelente, repetiría sin duda alguna. Existía un poco de polvo en la habitación. |

Lo centríco que está El baño estaba sucío, las rajolas de la pared son negras y tenian unas manchas blancas muy asquerosas, al baño le faltaba limpieza |

la decoracion de las habitaciones, la limpieza de las mismas, y el bar. Hay que pasar la targeta 3 veces! Al reservar, al llegar y al pagar. Si se pasa la targeta al reservar, el Hotel ya tiene la certeza de cobrar, venga o no venga el cliente, por lo que pasar una 2da. vez y una 3ra.vez la targeta es molesto por innecesario. El Hall de entrada y la recepcion son muy inferiores al estandard arquitectonico y decorativo del resto del hotel, y dan una imagen que no le corresponde al conjunto. |

cet hôtel est très agréable. J'y reviendrai lors d'un prochain séjour. La situation géographique est parfaite le métro ainsi que de nombreux commerces est au bas de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable est serviable. Chambre très propre Un seul bémol l'insonorisation lorsqu'il fait chaud et que la fenêtre est ouverte un bruit de soufflerie côté cours est désagréable. |
