Mooi hotel, goede ligging... Het is makkelijk bereikbaar en goed te vinden. Ook dicht bij metro en goed gesitueerd in de stad... Toilet in badkamer was moeilijk "te bereiken" (geen goede indeling badkamer); donkere kamer....; echt heel vervelend is om 's nachts binnen te komen. Nachtportier is vaak nit aanwezig en er is ook geen bel om aan te geven dat je naar binnen wil. Voor zo'n hotel echt een manco |

Ligging,zeer goede service,ik spreek goed spaans maar het personeel deed echt de moeite om klanten verder tehelpen in een andere taal wat je niet veel tegenkomt in spanje. |

This hotel is in the center of Madrid and you have access to everything either by walking or taking the Metro. I would stay there again. It is right there in Gran Via. Shoppings, restaurants and more ... |

The location is excellent, easy access. the internet is not fast but it's free of charge. it's great. the internet has a good connection, but it's very slow. but i dont really complain much. |

Nice Hotel in excellent location if you are looking for Madrid centre. Didn't use hotel facilities so I can't comment on those but the room was nice, clean, spacious and of modern style (just nothing too fancy in regard to looks or décor). Staff was very friendly as well. |

Great room for the price. Very firm comfortable bed. Conveniently located on Grand Via between Puerta del Sol shopping area and the Prado area, so all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. |

it is located in very center area, the transport is very nice. the double room bed is two single bed made together, not very comfortable for couple. |
