The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. Sol is walking distance away as are the Atocha train station and the Prado and Queen Sofia museum. Free coffee & tea for guests as well as free access to the internet was great. True to its name the hotel room is very basic. There are a few coat hangers for your clothes but no where to put your bags. The toilet was very small with no door and breakfast is a bottle of fruit juice, a pear and a crossiant. |

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cleanest of about 8 hotels in which we stayed over the month of our holiday. Also first prize for the most comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom/plumbing terrific. It is a hotel for the tourist who wants to see the city in which they are, not for lounging about/entertaining in the room as it is too small. Suited us just fine better range of English cable channels would have been appreciated but we enjoyed having BBC news rather than CNN |

It is a nicely designed simple hotel with very simple amenities. It is also very centrally located. Bad internet connection, no safe in the room and no facility to make coffee or tea in the room. |

Nice and smart design: extremely small room designed in a way that it feels less small..Very clean and white, I had a good sleep. Extremely small room, no space. No wardrobe for clothes, when I called the reception to have at least some hangers they said they did not have any...that is weird. |
