Rooms were large and tidy, the bed was a little hard but not uncomfortable, staff were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was okay for a two night stay - not much selection if stayed for longer. Was in a great location - we could walk or catch metro to all the great places and it takes about 45mins from airport by metro. |

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel locates in a convenient location (i.e. very close to Metro and major attractions). It would be nice if the bathroom has dry and wet area separated. |

The hotel has a good location. It has gotten all the basics (good shower and luxurious towels, comfortable beds and pillows, free breakfast) correctly and hence was a very comfortable stay. The cable channels did not have any english channels. |

Location, excellent hotel to see the city. Very modern interior, beds very comfy very basic breakfast, seating area is in reception. its ok, its just different to traditional hotels |

The hotel was ideally situated for exploring the main parts of Madrid. We also liked the informal use of tea coffee and snacks in the lobby. |

Very original and stylish hotel. Rooms have comfortable beds, funtional furniture and unforgettable shower design. Location is perfect: walked to most attractions, and metro station only half a block away. It was great to have cuppucino machine and a fridge filled with water and juices that could be used any time throughout the day. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke in several languages. Excellent value for the money, I highly recommend it! |

The design was very good, and the room large and comfortable. We liked that we could drink juices and coffee all day free. The receptionists should speak better english. |

All in all a great place to stay as its near a lot of places to see .. more info should be available regarding points of interest locally as there is none at the moment !! Manuel on reception was very helpfull , its a shame the road outside the hotel is being renewed as it made access impossible at the time of our visit .. A siily litt;e point , theres nowhere to put your soap or shampoo in the shower cubicle except on the floor !!! otherwise facility is first class .. would like to stay at the Barcelona hotel if l ever go there ........... |

Facilities are very nice. They had drinks and coffe available for free all day long. Everything was very clean and neat, and the staff was very kind. The hotel is located two blocks from Plaza Mayor in a very safe (and live) zone. |

Simpatia dos funcionarios! breakfast, near metro! Our sheets were dirty, they haven´t change them, there was hairs, plastic, and some pins/needles under them!! unbelievable... But they change it quickly at 2am... |

La ubicación es excelente y el personal amable. Habitaciones amplias Desayuno escaso tipo autoservicio a base de productos de terceras marcas, con poca variedad, platos de plástico y envases comunitarios (zumo de brick, mantequilla y mermelada en envase grande...). Habiendo hecho una reserva con 2 meses de antelación lo maximo que nos ofrecen es una habitacion en la primera planta, teniendo que escuchar todos los ruidos de la calle a media noche. No hay secador de pelo |
