Aparthotel Compostela Suites

Apt. sind sehr modern eingerichtet, die Küche allerdings hat kein Geschirr, also man kann nur in der Mikrowelle etwas erwärmen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer, allerdings nur Mo-Fr, stündlich ab 7.00-?

es war sehr schwer zu finden, kein öffentl. Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, keine Parkplätze, Frühstück bei Abfahrt vor 7.30 aus dem Hotel wird nicht serviert, obwohl Ü/FR gebucht.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der nähe findet man auch (nur in der Mittagspause (Siesta) ist die Parkplatzauswahl begrenzt). Die Einrichtung ist wirklich gut und modern gehalten, die Suite geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, würde dem Hotel 4 Sterne geben. Im Vergleich mit Aturo Soria Suites mindestens 1 Klasse besser ! Habe das Hotel für November gleich noch einmal gebucht !

Es sind sehr schöne, neue Appartments, die insbesondere für Geschäftsreisen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bieten. Der Service ist unkompliziert. Die Lage in einem Industriegebiete ist sehr interessant, neben der Anlage wird das Pan Bimbo, Spaniens Lieblingstoastbrot, hergestellt. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war im Sommer 2009 hervorragend. Die Anlage hat aber nur eine Chance, wenn sie dies beibehält.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr schlecht. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Hotel am besten von der Av. de America aus zu erreichen mit den "autobuses verdes" 223, 224, etc. Sie fahren bis kurz nach Mitternacht und ab ca. 6 h morgens. 10-er Karten kann man leider nur am Kiosk von Mo bis Fr kaufen. Das Hotel müsste beim Service zur Verkehrsanbindung unbedingt nachlegen.

We spent in compastelasuites one day, as we were on the business trip and I was very disappointed. The hotel is nice, rooms good equipped but the service-terrible! First of all, they have free airport shuttle service- we were told to wait at T1 departures where all the hotel busses stop. We spent there about 1 hour waiting; we saw all the shuttles of other hotels but not the ours. My husband called 4 times to the reception to inform about the shuttle, and they told us it was coming in 4 minutes to the airport. After long waiting we took the taxi, that cost us about 15 euro (it is only 4 kilometres, but they charge you for many irrational additional fees). Very close to the airport, but a bit outside of Madrid. A good place to stay if you have a car to access the city, don't mind walking about 15-20 minutes to the nearest train or are leaving from the airport the next day. Very friendly staff & clean apartment/room. WIFI internet access was very spotty.

Itr was a suite with all the comforts. Price outstanding. Close to a shopping center. Very clean.

It was so new that it didn´t have any instructions on how to work the phone, television, or heat and A/C. Cafeterria was not open enough-

Although it seems new the room was dirty! and had moisture smell at the bath. We asked for non-smoking room but found ashes on the floor. We didnt mind pay the extra 4E for the dishes and cooking stuff but their quality was horrible. Whats the point to charge people for using the pots when they can cook with it? We ordered a baby cot and when we called to confirm they said they cant guaranty they will have it...

I book a hotel for an overnight stay in Madrid 3 times a year I always look for a hotel with a shuttle bus for the airport. On your web site it says there is one but when I arrived at Madrid airport and phoned for this service I was told it did not run at weekends.I had to get a taxi which cost me 25 euros! When I spoke to the person on the desk at the hotel he was most unco-operative and did not offer any form of help to us.It cost me 50 euros to stay in this hotel, nearly as much as the cost of the room,I would not have booked it had I known there was no shuttle bus and I am very angry with the attitude of the staff over this and would appreciate some compensation from you to cover my costs and you should also rectify your web advert!

The aparthotel is very new, very stylish and the rooms are spacious. There is aircon, total soundproofing and very good hotel service. There is a very attractive outdoor swimming pool though it was not operating. The staff thought that with temperatures as low as a sweltering 28 deg C in October that it was not the season for using it.

Two issues: Problem 1- There was no kitchen equipment (crockery, cutlery, pans, coffee pot, etc) when we arrived gasping for a hot cup of tea at midnight. It took an hour for the staff to provide it. They discovered that the kit was locked in a cupboard in the apartment, and that they couldn't find a key. The equipment we got was new and covered in sticky labels which had to be removed before use. Notwithstanding that, they were very helpful and apologetic. Problem 2 - The airport taxis won't take passengers from Madrid Barajas airport to the apartment because it is too close. You'll need to use public transport (There isn't any late at night) or a limousine service. The taxi drivers pick and choose taking only the higher fare longer fares.

Excellent apartment excellent value for money I paid 48 euro, near to airport and closed to city center.

Size of appartment, location is perfect for Madrid Airport.

My room was a little noizy.

Cafeteria is really poor
