I book a hotel for an overnight stay in Madrid 3 times a year I always look for a hotel with a shuttle bus for the airport. On your web site it says there is one but when I arrived at Madrid airport and phoned for this service I was told it did not run at weekends.I had to get a taxi which cost me 25 euros! When I spoke to the person on the desk at the hotel he was most unco-operative and did not offer any form of help to us.It cost me 50 euros to stay in this hotel, nearly as much as the cost of the room,I would not have booked it had I known there was no shuttle bus and I am very angry with the attitude of the staff over this and would appreciate some compensation from you to cover my costs and you should also rectify your web advert! |

Its a modern building complex. Near a big Shopping Center. Fits the purpose of Airport stop. They charged extra for our kid when in reservation conditions should be for free. The hotel is near the Airport but it takes 20EUR taxi to reach it and no taxi driver knows it and they get mad because is not so big service. Doesn't have airport shuttle. This is a neighborhood of many similar hotels, and I'd recommend Kris Aeropuerto wich have shuttle to/from airport. The cafeteria allows people to smoke, so enjoy your breakfast with cigarette smell. Is not a good location to visit town we took 1.30h in public transports and 20+EUR taxi to return. |

The aparthotel is very new, very stylish and the rooms are spacious. There is aircon, total soundproofing and very good hotel service. There is a very attractive outdoor swimming pool though it was not operating. The staff thought that with temperatures as low as a sweltering 28 deg C in October that it was not the season for using it. Two issues: Problem 1- There was no kitchen equipment (crockery, cutlery, pans, coffee pot, etc) when we arrived gasping for a hot cup of tea at midnight. It took an hour for the staff to provide it. They discovered that the kit was locked in a cupboard in the apartment, and that they couldn't find a key. The equipment we got was new and covered in sticky labels which had to be removed before use. Notwithstanding that, they were very helpful and apologetic. Problem 2 - The airport taxis won't take passengers from Madrid Barajas airport to the apartment because it is too close. You'll need to use public transport (There isn't any late at night) or a limousine service. The taxi drivers pick and choose taking only the higher fare longer fares. |

Near to airport and walking distance to large shopping centre, Ideal for shopping trip! Unfortunately, due to it being so quiet, the caferteria was closed, there was nowhere to get a drink or snack |

The hotel is pretty new and the environemnt is quite nice. It is close to IFEMA and airport. Thus, if you are going to have business issue in IFEMA, the location of the hotel is good. The traffic is not good, as you can only find one bus line No. 77. |

Staff trying, but inadequate for volume; free airport shuttle is awful, inadequate for demand; not near any stores, restaurants; breakfast disorganized; not as near to airport as it looks; building is ugly, looks like a prison; hotel seems to be mismanaged in every respect. |

In a area not crowded and well connected to the airport I was charged 7% tax on top of the booking rate; while the booking clearly said that the rate was inclusive of 7% tax. The internet connection did not work most of the time. |

Convenient location for airport and Feria de Madrid exhibition centre. It's good value and has a free shuttle bus to the airport. The suites are comfortable and better than most hotel rooms. |

Nice, quiet, clean and confortable room. About 10min from the centre of Madrid, by car. Good breakfast. The apartment is not as big as it shows in pictures, but its cozy. Careful with the mess in the bathroom. The wireless connection to the net was very poor and you need to ask for a password. The pool, despite being full, mas not clean, so we couldn't use it (yes, it was summer in madrid). |

We liked the kitchen and bathroom accomadations and being able to have a washing machine. It was clean and comfortable. We wished that the shuttle would run earlier and later because our flight came in at 10:30 and our departing flight left at 7:15. |

The apartments were nice clean and modern & had a big shopping complex just round the corner and we used the free shuttle bus to the airport for our return flight. The pillows in the rooms were huge and me and my partner couldnt sleep on them they were so uncomfortable smaller ones would be alot better. |

Situated just a short distance from Barajas Airport, this smart hotel provides an ideal place to stay for fliers. It is also just a quick drive from Madrid's city centre. |
This smart and modern hotel by Barajas airport offers great convenient services, including free transfer to the airport from 05:00 until 00:00, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. |
Conveniently set near the Madrid Barajas Airport, this trendy new hotel is well-placed for accessing the airport and visiting both the city centre and the Ifema congress centre. |
With a superb central location, these elegant apartments are a great choice for those looking for independent accommodation within walking distance of the Royal Palace and Plaza de España, nearby the... |
