the best part of the stay had to be the huge bed, the hotel was clean and tidy i think we got a deal on this room so we weren't given the best veiw stuck at the back but that was ok because we wasn't there to spend time in our room. |

Location to fun restaurants and close to metro. A bit loud in my room - especially on the weekends. From other guests, not in the streets, etc. |

The location is excellent for all of Central Madrid. Breakfast buffet is very good but ensure it is included in your overall room rate. |

Good service from staff and excellent breakfast selection. Also the location is very good for visiting central Madrid. The room allocated was very small and noise from adjacent room was very noticeable ! Take some earplugs ...... |

Hotel was well maintained and my room very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and very welcome as weather was very hot. Location was good, adjacent to Metro station and quite near central areas. No English language TV stations - a minor irritation rather than a problem. Beer rather expensive in hotel bar. |

The staff were helpful and the hotel still has character compared to the major chains. Breakfast was great, well presented and the waiters friendly and efficient. |
