the location is quite good, very close to the tube station (less than 100m), even a McDonald around. The room is out of our expectation, although it is a traditional room style (not like as the photos they put on the website), the size of the room is satisfied with a sitting room. we left in the early morning to catch a flight (i.e.left the hotel on 6am), but there was no one behind the reception desk!! we stayed there for 5 nights, the first 3 was ok, but the last 2 was terrible, the toilet smells very badly!! |

It has a good lobby and seminar rooms There is a difference between what they show in Booking and their rooms. In Booking you see modern rooms but rooms are so old and traditional style. |

Good value at a reasonable pirce. Staff was very helpful. Parking availability. shower head and commode didn't work properly, twin beds pushed together. |

Disappointed with cleaners who never replaced used soap and shampoo and never restock the free of charge minibar.Also it has been difficult to re-obtain two pair of shoes forgotten in the room once check out and moved into a more confortable hotel in the city centre (2 stars) |

The suites were very spacious. The station of the metro was within a walk of two minutes. In the vicinity of the hotel there were a lot of places to have breakfast The staff: they were friendly and helpful, but their English was poor and everything first had to be asked for. |

Las habitaciones son muy amplias tienen salon y habitacion independientes. Su ubicacion junto a una boca de metro (20m). La amabilidad del recepcionista nocturno. El check in de las habitaciones no estaba preparado cuando llegamos y eramos 6 habitaciones. Eran las 15:30 y todavia no teniamos todas las habitaciones. Muy mal cuando ya habiamos avisado de la hora de entrada del grupo. |

La posizione è ottima, con la metropolitana a 50 metri si arriva in centro, in fiera e in aeroporto in un attimo. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era totalmente diversa da quella proposta su booking. Non era per niente moderna, era in stile country. La prima che ci hanno assegnato aveva il bagno che non funzionava, proprio rotto, senza acqua. Ho insistito per farmela cambiare, a fatica hanno accettato e ci hanno dato quella accanto, stessa tipologia ma il bagno almeno funzionava.Sinceramente vista la camera trovo che il rapporto qualità prezzo non fosse poi così conveniente. Tra l'altro la mattina del check out volevano addebitarci una colazione di cui non avevamo usufruito. Poi hanno capito di aver sbagliato e abbiamo risolto. |

No puedo decir nada positivo ya que la habitación que me dieron no se correspondía en absoluto a la de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Todos los muebles estaban muy envejecidos y además hacía muchísimo frío. Se que tienes diferentes habitaciones y que muchas han sido remodeladas( estas son las que aparecen en las fotos del hotel) pero no me parece bien que un hotel de esa categoría asigne habitaciones como la mía. |

posizione comoda a 2 passi dalla metro, vicino a bar, ristoranti, c'è anche un mc donald; c'era un letto enorme nella camera ed il salotto con divano e scrivania forse bisognerebbe curare un pò di più le stanze, l'arredamento era rovinato.. |

Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y aun estoy esperando a que me lo solucionen. A parte que hubo un poco de jaleo a la llegada pòrque no aceptan visa, mientras que en las condiciones que imprimes cuando reservas sí que se puede realizar esa forma de pago. |
