In de direkte omgeving van het hotel zijn talloze kleine restaurantjes. Ook ontbijtbarretjes zijn er verschillende. We hebben de keuken van het hotel dan ook niet kunnen beoordelen. |

bijzonder goed gelegen in de nabijheid van het Retiro Park en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met metro en bus onze kamer lag aan de straatkant en het drukke verkeer van c/O'Donnell was bijzonder lawaaierig en storend. |

Early in the morning the bathroom door jammed shut. The maintenance staff were there within in minutes. At 7.15 am itriwed to order a pot of tea. I was told that room service did not start till 7.30am. That was not good but in addition rather than taking my order to arrive after 7.30, I had to telephone again. |

well located; easily accesible to supermakrets and metro; slightly costly for the facility they provide. nothing major; however being in the middle of the town there is not much to lookout from your room. |

It is best to ask for a room which is not on the main road and floor 3 or above if you like to have the window open at night. Otherwise it was fine. It is not particularly close to the center but it is in a nice area with lots of shops and some restaurants. We chose this hotel because it was close to where our friends live. |

4 stars hotel and the room is excellent . when there is alot of customers at the reception,there is not enough receptionist.to help many people at the same time. |

room large. Lobby Large. Room very dark, windows with view on walls, old and smelly. No internet access in the room, only in the lobby even if they claim the contrary and we pay full price for this. Restaurant and bar depressing, no food service after 10PM (weird for Madrid). People not very pleasant.I booked it because over booking in Madrid due to conference. Never again. |

It is a good prise for a hotel quite close to the center (busstop almost in front of the hotel, the journey to Gran Vía takes few minutes). Shopping and restaurant area is also near. The room was renewed. Breakfast was ok. 30-40 years ago it must have been an almost luxury hotel, but nowdays it looks rather oldish. Other thing: the weather was quite cold during our visit, but no heating was provided. |

Convenient for our visit (concert at nearby Palacio de Desporte). Staff very helpful, breakfast excellent and varied to suit most tastes. Room good, comfortable and pleasant. We will use the hotel (and booking.com) if we go to Madrid again. Thank you. |

The room was very brigh, big and comfortable. The room service was not up to the standards. Staff very rude and unhelpful. |
