close to airport, shuttlebus was ok 4 beds is realy not true. It was 3 in stead of 4! |

friendly staff and free airport shuttle the hotel could not be reached to call for the airport shuttle ( line was dead we heard later). We had to take a taxi ( money was not reimbursed). |

Quiet room in quiet building. Conveniently close to the airport (once you find it..). Extremely difficult to find in a confusing array of roads and highways. Should post some signs. An apartment hotel with a small kitchen in every apartment should have some utensils to make use of the kitchen possible. Nothing is provided for that purpose. Garage charge too high for dark garage. |

friendly and obliging staff, nice large apartment We booked for 4 beds, but were only given 3, 2 children had to share a single bed, not comfortable and not what we had pre booked and paid for. |

Staff were very welcoming, well placed, it is very close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport not happy with the cleanliness of our room + poor facilities, the kitchen was not equiped at all, feels old and cheap |

Very convenient for the metro line, we stayed at this hotel our last nite in Spain since there is a free shuttle to the airport and we flew out in the morning. Metro was 1 block away so convenient to go into Madrid for dinner. Apartment style, kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 twins and good size living room with only one single bed. The hotel advertised free internet but in fact that is only true for the one computer in the lobby and it is only free for 15 minutes. Also advertised a 4 person family room(2 kids) but in fact there was only 1 extra single bed for 2 kids to share. One of our kids slept on the floor with a blanket. |

Aparthotel Convención-Barajas offers fantastic value for money. For about £50 per night you get a very large apartment, with separate lounge/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartments are very comfortable and also immaculate. There are a few restaurants nearby, too(Chinese restaurant v good). The hotel is only about 100m from El Capricho Metro staion which takes you to the city centre in about 25 mins. They also have free shuttle bus to airport 24/7 Tricky to find if driving from airport |

Staff speaks english, excellent service, clean, near to Metro (200m) and 30mins to city center - green line. |

It is quiet, close to the metro and the airport. It is hard to find, there are no street signs to show how to get to the hotel. |

Two spacious rooms plus a well equipped kitchen - couldn't be bettered. Close to both Barajas airport (free transfer) and El Capricho Metro station (300 yards). Easy free on-street parking around hotel. English speaking and most helpful staff. An excellent 4-night stay. For arrivals by car, it is a difficult hotel to find, with 2 motorway intersecting nearby and corresponding access difficulties. The hotel website (and reception) could help with a much more detailed map showing the immediate locality with supermarket locations, motorway access, etc. |

Underground close to the hotel, free parking around the hotel, good and clean apartment It was stated 2 kids and 2 adults, but the kid's bed is a single bed (just the width of the sofa), so it's impossible to fit two kids in it. Despite we have reserved 2 adults+2 kids, the dishes and the towels were only for 3 persons. |

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful they and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The shuttle service to the airport and feria was very convenient. |

Free parking on the street. We had stayed here because there was a kitchen, this was not equiped at all and we had to request utensils which were readily supplied. Internet use was restricted to 15 minutes free time, we had exceeded this time and were charged for it without being told so. |

Cercano a las autovías para entrar y salir de Madrid. Estación de metro cerca. Las camas algo pequeñas. El sofa-cama pequeño aunque sea para niños. Siendo un aparthotel que haya que pedir expresamente el menaje, algo que no sabía en el momento de hacer la reserva. Me enteré más tarde. |
