Convenient for eating places of all sorts, metro station very close for getting around madrid, good breakfast Walls not very thick so could hear noise from other rooms and corridor |

The hotel was very nice..location was awesome..but get a room with a street view coz the other ones are terrible...also there are renovated ones..ask for them too Some noise.. |

It was very close to the city center and not to far from the airport, plenty of shopping near by and right on the edge of the old district and the new district and still within walking distance to major attractions. The airconditioning was broken and the noise from other guests rooms was very loud at night |

The stuff was nice especially at the reception. The hotel is very clean as well as the room. The price of the room is expensive, my folks stayed at a near by 4 stars hotel and they had a deal that was less than half the price I had paid. The breakfast is very minimal, good, but basic. |

Convenient location at a fair price. Recently renovated. Due to ongoing renovations, sometimes there was a bad smell in the room because of open sewer vents in the renovation areas. |

The room was spacious and very well laid out. It even had a little sitting room section, two flat screen TVs and an extremely spacious bathroom with a bath complete with shower and then another separate shower. The toilet was screened off separately with a sliding frosted glass door within the bathroom which was very practical four couples sharing. Location very central and all the facilities clean and new. |

I liked the comfort, the cleanliness and most of all the proximity to all important things to see and visit in Madrid! I didn't like that the windows of my room instead of facing the exterior were facing some sort of courtyard with a glass or plastic ceiling. That makes the room too warm and with no fresh air ever! |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Because of the incovenience of the construction we were comped with breakfast. I am sure after all is done, the hotel will be an exceptional choice. |

Very pleasant room, nice large bathroom. Complimentary wifi :o) We were not informed that the hotel was being renovated prior to our trip. Desk a little awkward to use at it is half tucked away behind the wardrobe. |

the location of the hotel cant be beaten and the rooms are nely renovated, very comfortable and free wi-fi is a bonus. The staff at the front desk were pretty helpful |

This was the worst place we stayed in Spain and one of the more expensive places . The room had a horrible sewer smell. The staff did respond to our complaint by spraying air freshener but it didn't fix the problem. The smell came from the air conditioning, so we turned it off and opened windows. |

not a lot see below I did not like the fact that the hotel allowed a guest or they say it was a guest to crash intro my car and not get the guest to complete an accident form which now my insurance company tell me has not been reported so I have to claim on my insurance. I believe this should be the responsibility of the hotel as they parked the car and would not allow me to park my own car |

Excellent location, really central. Nicely heated in cold weather. All essentials provided. Loads of reasonably priced bars and eating places nearby. Having to put a euro in the safe and then loosing it every time you open it up was a bit of a pain. |

Very good location - 5 mins walking to Puerta del Sol The only inconvenience - bad sound isolation, so we were wakened up every morning by our neighbours. Still perfect price/quality/location ratio. |
