Location, location, location - could go almost anywhere on foot, plus there are 3 metro stations nearby. Great interiors in the rooms. Loved the espresso machine in the morning buffet. Could get a little noisy from the street traffic, but hey, you're in the center. Staff (some) need to work on personal skills |

Great location which requires only a short walk to Gran Via metro station. There is road construction outside and at the ground floor right next to the hotel, a quiet room was provided as per my request at time of booking. Room is clean and comfort. There is only one staff at the reception so need to wait for a short while when asking for some information. |

Nice hotel, but there was no light in the room and in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Shame, it could have been a nice experience the lack of light and the very uncomfortable beds |

The room was large and well designed. Nice bathroom. Front desk staff was always pleasant and very helpful. We were disappointed that we were staying during construction, and would love to see the hotel when it is finished. |

Great location for shopping and only 25 minuets walk to Prado. Lovely rooms. helpful & professional staff. Bar food great, if small portions. have stayed in this hotel before and would do again. No bath or full length mirror in room (402). drinks a little expensive, but you expect this in in a hotel of this sort. Breakfast expensive so did not have any, therefore cannot comment on value for €15.00 |

The design of the hotel, its central position and the comfort of the room. The bathroom is very pleasantly designed. The room is not very big. An ashtray was available in the room, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. |

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be really friendly, the place is spotlessly clean, it also has great decor - modern with just the right touches of the historic building showing through. Also, loved the library, free internet and the spa!!! Very romantic. The bar was very fun too, they had a great dj one of the nights. I thought the bar was overpriced at night time. Our room had a gorgeous balcony over the Gran Via, and while the windows were very well sound proofed, there was still the noise of traffic and late night partiers coming through. But it was worth the small disturbances to have the lovely balcony and view of the city ;) |

Convenient location. Very helpful concierge staff. Excellent service and good food in restaurant. Useful 'extras' in bathroom. Very difficult to adjust the room temperature. |

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. Localização. É o único ponto forte deste Hotel, está a poucos minutos dos principais pontos de interesse da cidade; e tudo a pé. Excelente.Bastante bem isolado, tendo ficado num quarto virado para a Gran Via o barulho que chegava ao quarto era mínimo, nada incomodativo. Condições dos quartos muito abaixo do esperado de um 4 estrelas, a simpatia dos empregados tende para zero, se é que têm alguma noção do que significa realmente simpatia no atendimento. O ar condicionado funciona mal, e o quarto é bastante incomodo. Definitivamente uma experiência a não repetir; há melhores na zona, inclusivamente com relações qualidade/preço bem mais atractivas. |

El diseño de la habitación. El edificio, que compagina un aspecto exterior ecléctico/casticista con una reforma interior de diseño, pero respetando los elementos originales que lo merecen. La ubicación. La habitación era "superior" y tenía un tamaño adecuado. Tal vez el aspecto de la recepción y la inexistencia de un "hall". Solo hay un pasillo de entrada que lleva directo al ascensor. |

Lo mejor del hotel su ubicación, en plena Gran Vía, puedes acceder a la mayoría de los lugares de interés andando. La estación de metro de Gran Vía queda a tan sólo un minuto del hotel. La iluminación de la habitación es bastante escasa, no hay iluminación cenital únicamente cuatro lámparas que no alumbran suficiente. La atención en la recepción no es muy buena. |

Todo estaba muy cuidado, las habitaciones muy espaciosas, la ubicación en pleno centro. El único fallo que encontré es que faltaba una luz de techo que iluminase un poco más la habitación. |
