Myself and partner was not happy with the hotel, it was far from a 3 star. I have stayed in plenty of hotels over the past 10 years and I would of never put this hotel as a 3 star. It was more like a hostal. As we were not happy we checked out after our 1st night stay, but the lady behind the front desk insisted we had to pay the full amount of money for the 3 nights, which I thought was very unfair. I asked her if she could at least give me a discount on the price but she would not even meet me half way. I was very upset with the hotel. |

The staff were very helpful with any thing we asked and it was very centrally located-can't fault that. It's lack of facilities. We stayed for three nights and there was never a hairdryer free-big deal for 3 girls staying away. Noboby brought one bscause hotels 'always' have hairdryers!!! Also no iron-they could buy one to share among guests! |

Great location, very close to Metro and within walking distance of many sights. Nevertheless quiet, easy to get a good night`s sleep. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Not really anything to dislike: the rooms are quite small and well-used, but clean and serviceable. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. they provided us with maps to travel the city and very approachable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel is in great location. Going off first impressions, the only bad point i would like to make about this hotel is the smell of food when entering the hotel, whereby the reception area smelt of whatever was cooking next door in the restaurant. However, this is the only bad point about this hotel. |

Top-notch location, just off Gran Via at the centre of Madrid ** Friendly, English-speaking front desk staff ** Here you really get what you pay for...rooms with a foul smelling odour and bad insulation (the rooms can get pretty cold during the night when the temperature is low outside). |
