I received a room on a very high floor and the views were astonishing.I travel very often to Madrid and I would say this hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the Mountains. The Hotel restauratn though expensive is marvellous for a romantic dinner or also a business dinner. Everything was excellent, with the exception that -according to my idea of a 5 star hotel- there were not enough people at reception, so I had to wait a few minutes; but thats ok, even hotels have "Rush hourts" |

Room was cute and comfortable. Very pleasant. In the room there wasn't toothbrush and shaving blade. Staff was very kind but I had to wait 20 minutes for the check in becouse they didn't find my booking reference. |

The building is great, and the restaurant & wellness center on the top floors are unbeatable. Good service & attention to details Metro is quite far from the hotel, I'd not recommend it if you don't want to use taxi which are always available at the main entrance |

Very stylish room design, excellent breakfast. Located in the modern "three towers" campus, breathtaking architecture and beautiful landscaping. Very good access to motorists, convenient parking. No directions for motorists to the hotel. The signs to the parking say "three towers", not the name of the hotel. |

The hotel is very elegant and high tech. The available computers in the lobby made it convenient and accessable. The location is not convenient since it is 30 minutes via metro from the center of the city. Room service, restaurant and spa prices (you have to pay to use the sauna) are overly priced. The hotel is isolated. There are no cafes or restaurants nearby. |

all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite i found it difficult to get to the hotel by car.. even though i could see it, it was hard to negotiate madrid's traffic etc. and get in the correct lane to arrive at the hotel entrance.. we told them and they suggested that phoning and speaking to them for specific directions would have been easiest.. |

The room design, extraordinary bathroom, the service, silent, high quality hotel all around, it is an excellent place to rest, the view, an incredible value for money The location is not appropriate for who is comeing for a city tour but it is the best solution for business people and if you are taking part at a seminar in the same hotel.if you are staying at the top floors, you are not reciving internet signals in your room. Expencive room service and restaurant, no restaurants around |

Beautiful hotel and architecture is amazing. Great showerhead with multiple jets. For a hotel of this quality the airconditioning was very poor in that it was so loud we couldnt sleep. We requested to have it adjusted, but the technician was unable to fix it. We tried turning it off, but it automatically turned itself back on again. The cost of breakfast was exorbitent at 25 Euros per person. A hotel of this quality and size should have more than one restaurant, maybe a less formal one or a cafe. Quite a distance from centre of town. Need to use Metro, but station not far from hotel. |

The hotel personnel were fantastic, the rooms were very nice. Breakfast buffet was great. The only critique is the comfort of the chairs and couches in the bar and the lobby! Extremely difficult to sit comfortably for any length of time!! |

Fantastic hotel, all the comfort included. We really liked it The parking is quite expensive (24 euro per night if I remember exactly) but you can park behind the hotel for free close to the garden...the center of the city is more or less 3 km far but to find a taxi is very easy because they are always parked in front of the hotel (cost around 15 euro to arrive in the city) |

I liked the design of the hotel, its modern facilities. The materials in the room, everything that has to do with the interior and the architecture. Avery luxurious hotel. The fact that they could not understand English very well, you had to explain over and over, but not to all the personnel. |

El diseño del hotel es estupendo. La habitación y cuarto de baño muy confortables y modernos. Poder ver Madrid de tan alto es una sensación muy buena y inolvidable. El precio del aparcamiento es un poco caro: 24 euros. |

Extraordinary facilities and professional staff. Reception at the Restaurant was rude and unprofessional. No service without reservations on an almost empty facility at 10:30 PM. Poor reflection on an otherwise good experience. |

Room design is modern and convenient. Located in the modernized part of the Madrid which is a newly developed area with nice and wide streets and neighbourhoods. A little bit far from the city center. The subway will take you about 30 minutes to get to Gran Via and Plaza Mayor. There is no swimming pool, something I missed a lot in Madrid with the summer heat! |

Designed by 18 different world-renowned architects such as Norman Foster, Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid and Arata Isozaki, this luxury hotel is a unique, contemporary space with a privileged location. |
Close to Real Madrid’s stadium, a few metres from Paseo de la Castellana, right in the city centre, the hotel is surrounded by shopping streets, leisure areas and the best transport options. |
This hotel dominates the area known as Royal Madrid, in the city’s heart, close to Plaza de España and with views of the Royal Palace. |
Set just behind the glorious Retiro Park, this modern hotel is just a pleasant walk away from some of Madrid’s most impressive sights. |
