Yes I had a bad experience with the door locker that took 3 hours to open while I m outside and all my belongings are inside and I have already reported the incident but no answer to my request yet. |

air port suttle did not run late enough for us to utilize it on arrival, so the taxi cost us an unexpected 25€..and we also did not realize that there was a 9€ pp fee when we went back to the airport. The web site does not explain the fee's or schedule of the suttle |

The hotel offers fuss-free, predictable accommodation for a reasonable price. The breakfast is good and the coffee machine make surprisingly good coffee. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, which is just 10 minutes drive away. To visit the centre from here, it was quite easy to park not far from a nearby Metro station. Just be aware before booking that this hotel is surrounded (literally) by industrial wasteland - unfinished roads, derelict building sites and broken glass everywhere. If you arrive and leave by car, it doesn't really matter, but don't imagine going out for a stroll from the hotel. The only other negative is that most obvious way of arriving at the hotel (directly from the main road) is blocked off and you have to do a fairly convoluted tour of the industrial estate to get to the hotel, which isn't signposted. The chap behing the desk tried to sell us underground parking for 11 Euros a night, but you can park in the above ground carpark (which was fine) for free. |

It is easy to get there by car and there is free parking in the hotel and sorroundings. Convinient for people that need to pick up someone fron Barajas airport and not far from city center only 15 minutes drive. Rooms are well insonorised you dont here plain coming in. |

Nothing. No restaurant for dinner available. Shuttle to airport costs 9 euros. Other airport hotels do not charge for shuttle. Garage has gate that locks, preventing exit from hotel. Best leave car above ground. TV remotes did not work after repeated replacements. |

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very new and clean. One minor point about the bath. The plug contained a hole. We thought the planes from the nearby airport would keep us out of our sleep but we did not notice them in the end. |

clean I booked a room for 3 people, had a copy in hand of on-line booking with total cost shown - when we arrived I was informed that ther was a $75.00 surcharge for the third person (not stated in booking or total). Hotel front desk staff completely unhelpful and bordering on rude. |

the hotel itself was nice. the location was no where. it was not close to madrid airport and it was the only building in a construction site. staff did not give the right direction to take the bus/metro luckily a cab found us. we were lost on our way back at the metro station with no one to ask at past 11 p.m. and we called the hotel to get us a cab but staff told us she cannot do that because we might not wait for the... |

Well designed room. Lighting was excellent for reading in bed or use of laptop. Room darkening curtains. Proximity to airport. I asked for the shuttle for ten the next day. It was not ordered, but the hotel made up for this by paying for the cost of a taxi minus the cost of the shuttle. This was done without me asking and without questioning me about it. |

The hotel was fairly quiet and tranquil, the complimentary breakfast was great. When I reserved this hotel online, one of my primary concerns and reasons was to be able to get to the Barajas Airport in Madrid easily and at a good price, The description on the website assured me that THERE WOULD DEFINITELY be a public transportation (bus, shuttle) from the hotel to the airport, however, when I arrived, this was not the case. |

I did not like aything about this Hotel. There were many thing I did not like.I Booked the hotel mainly as it advised a shuttle service from the airport, what I was not informed is the shuttle service from the airport was charged for 8 euro's and did not run on a Sunday. There was no food available at 7pm when I asked or even later on a Saturday night, only samwhiches from a vending machine.Ie no resturant facilities. |

Everything was very clean and the reception staff was very helpful The room was too hot, and even with the window open, we could not cool it down. The AC was turned off for the winter season. The price was too high for the star level. The restaurant staff was late arriving for dinner time. We had waited until 8:00 p.m. for their arrival, but then had to order out because they were late. |

Hotel relatively close to the airport. Staff was freindly and accomodating. Room was clean and there was not much noise in the room considering the distance to the runways at Madrid airport. The quality of food (dinner) is below average. I would not reccommend eating (dinner) in the restaurant. However if you are looking for a low cost hotel this is a good choice. |

We were waiting for the shuttle for 45 min in front of the airport and after we called the hotel. They told us that the shuttle already left and will be there in few minutes.The shuttle was there in 20 minutes and when we arrived at the hotel we found out that we have to pay 16 euros for the transfer.Thing that we didn`t know and were not informed when we booked.the hotel is in a middle of a field |
