The large desk in the living room area, the bathroom and the pillows were wonderful. No pots and pans in kitchen, stove not plugged in, and towels were taken away and not replaced. |

room was clean I reserved for a non-smoking room. They did not keep that commitment. The room had strong deodorizer to reduce smell but it is not the right thing to do. |

Awesome. Quite a way out of the city centre, but easy to get to on the metro. 5 minutes from one of the main train stations. We had a 2 room suite,which was a bit of luxury. staff extremely friendly and helpful. |

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the train station and to restaurants and we were particularly pleased that the desk staff understood/spoke enough English to help us out. The buffet breakfast was also very good. |

Arrived very late into Madrid Chamartin and were leaving late night out of Chamartin. 5 minutes from the station by foot, 15 minutes from Atocha station. Excellent facility, a huge suite with a living room, kitchenette, office area, separate bedroom and WC. Bar and lounge were reasonably priced, breakfast was better than most hotel buffet breakfasts. |

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la tranquilidad en todo el hotel ya que se encuentra en un barrio con poca cicrulación de gentes y coches. Sí, varias cosas: no funcionaba la ducha de hidromasaje, la calefacción va por aire y hace bastante ruido, las sábanas se encontraban sucias, la cadena del retrete se estropeaba cada vez que se tiraba de ella (algo muy común por lo visto), y lo que peor me sentó es que a las nueve y cuarto de la mañana se conectó sola la radio a través del hilo musical a un volumen muy alto. La explicación que nos dieron era que lo teníamos que haber dicho con tiempo para quitarla de nuestra habitación, pero... ¿cómo íbamos a saberlo cuando lo normal es no conectar nada y menos cuando en ningún momento nos avisaron antes? A este hotel le sobra una estrella. |

Es un buen hotel para conocer Madrid, esta muy cerca de la estacion Chamartin lo que permite un excelente desplazamiento al aeropuerto, al centro, y si vas a tomar AVE o para otro sitio de Europa; el edificio es moderno, la limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente y hacen cambio diario de las toallas, la atenciòn del personal es buena; el servicio de internet es bueno; tiene una nevera pequeña para el minibar que es util para poder tener algun tipo de comida y bebidas para el desayuno y una merienda antes de acostarte Nos asignaron una suite y en la sala encontramos dos sillas de madera en mal estado, eran antiguas y estaban rotas; dispone de una cocineta que no pudimos utilizar pues no hay ni lo minimo de menaje en la misma. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación del hotel y la oferta que conseguí a través de booking.com La decoración necesita un cambio urgente.Instalaciones un poco antiguas.Es más un apartahotel de 3 llaves que un hotel de 4 estrellas. |

Sin duda el confort de las habitaciones ( apartamentos. La buena situación respecto del metro, bus, Cercanías Renfe etc. Destacar la enorme amabilidad del personal del hotel que en todo momento se afanan por hacer la estancia lo más agradable posible. Todo me ha parecido magnífico. |

Las habitaciones muy amplias, el personal muy amable y aparcamientos buenos para coches grandes. La verdad es que estamos encantados con la estancia en el hotel. Nada que comentar, todo está bastante bien. Aunque a las bañeras podrían darle una manita de pintura. Se podría mejorar un poco el servicio de las habitaciones si pusieran en funcionamiento las cocinas que hay dentro de la suite, por lo menos cuando se va con niños pequeños para poder calentar leche o comida. |
