large bedrooms, secure and convenient parking for my car, close to major railway station (chamartin) and pleasant helpful staff . the beds had soft comfortable matresses' something that you do not always get in spain. hotel has a nice welcoming feel to it. some traffic noise from the street, but tolerable. the prices in the hotel restaurant were rather high (perhaps that is why there were few other diners ) but there are nearby restaurants that can give value for money. |

I always stay there when I have to spend a night in Madrid and my friends are away because its affordable and practically next door to the station. Having found it, I won't go anywhere else. The only beer in the minibar was San Miguel, which is undrinkable. Otherwise fine. |

Reception staff were efficient; room was very spacious; The hotel was very convenient for our onward travel by train from Madrid to Leon, and easy to access the Metro from at Chamartin and Castellana |

Close to the Guggenheim museum. Nice walk along the Nervion River. Be careful with different breakfast menus when booking over the internet. One is continental breakfast (cold) and the other is a buffet breakfast (more variety) which costs more. WiFi is additional charge. |

Very nicely appointed hotel rooms, spacious and comfortably furnished. The cooling system was inadequate for the size of the room and the windows could not be opened unless you were wiling to hear trains and light street noise. |

Su ubicacion, cerca de la estacion de chamartin El hotel es muy viejo, la decoracion es antigua.cuando llegue al hotel se equivocaron de habitacion lo que demuestra poca competencia de su personal y ademas no respetan el descanso e intimidad de las habitaciones porque las del servicio entran habitualmete sin avisar....personal nefasto!! Que desprestigia un buen hotel |

La ubicación es perfecta, a 250m de la estación de tren de Chamartin, a 400m de Plaza de Castilla, y al lado de una boca de metro en cualquiera de los anteriores puntos. El precio, al menos si haceis la reserva con una cierta antelación, no es demasiado alto (unos 70 eur/dia la habitación doble). La suite es inmensa, más parecido a un apartamento que a una habitación de hotel. Decoración de las habitaciones prehistórica (aparentaba estar decorado hace más de 30 años); la limpieza de la habitación y el baño dejaba mucho que desear; tienen Internet Wifi gratuito en las habitaciones, pero la señal es tan debil que se desconecta cada dos por tres; las almohadas son muy incómodas (la combinación de almohada fina y colchón excesivamente firme no es demasiado buena), y cuando pedimos otra almohada en recepción nos trajeron otra que también era muy incómoda; Aunque no es demasiado grave, los fines de semana se oye el botellón que se produce en la cercana estación de Chamartin. |

La cercania de la estacion de tren Que las camas eran separadas y habia una que metia mucho ruido, tambien las cañerias del baño en algun momento de la noche sonaban bastante. |

Es estilo con que estan decoradas las habitaciones, lo hace original. No me gusto nada y de hecho nos fuimos bastantes descontentos porque por la noche, al llegar con algo de sed, abrimos una cerveza del bar de la habitacion (botellin) y estaba mala, sabia a podrido. Tras ello, y para evitar el mal sabor de boca y saciar nuestra sed, abrimos una lata que si estaba buena. A la mañana siguiente lo comunique en recepción y no vi el mayor interes por pedir disculpas ni ninguna preocupacion. Que menos que no cobrarnos la lata de cerveza. |
