Very good location in the city center (Plaza de Colon), good connections, quiet street, stylish design of a private house owned by a Spanish 91-year marquis, interesting collection of old furniture and pieces of art in the lobby. |

Very good location. All main interest areas of the city (old town, bourbon area, financial center) are within walking distance. The rooms were decent in terms of space and comfort, quite good value for the money. Most of the staff didn't speak English and they were quite bored and unfriendly (one exception though, a middle aged guy, which was quite the opposite - good command of English, very friendly and helpful), you didn't have any indication of the services available through the hotel (including breakfast hours) and the furniture was a bit old. |

Being in the Hospitality business myself I found this Hotel divine. Loved the decor and the general feel of the place. Being close to airport metro line and in the heart of all the sites. I even returned for a night on my way out of Spain. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Please dont change it. |

Удобное расположение относительно центра города и торговых улочек, неплохая комната (большая ванная, в комнате чисто), можно оставить багаж, если вы вылетаете позже check-out, приятный персонал. Ужасно не понравилось, что с 8 утра начали работать две уборщицы, которые шумно катали тележку, пылесос и все время болтали...и при этом не было таблички "Не беспокоить". Скудный завтрак - нет горячих блюд (яичница, сосиски, овощи), но кофе с круассаном выпить можно! В номере нет утюга, ТВ не ловит международные и тем более русские каналы - в общем, полное погружение в Испанию. |

Есть парковка для машины. Удобный выезд сразу на одну из основных магистралей города, что удобно для перемещений на прокатном автомобиле, если не знаешь города. Компактный и недорогой отель в 5 мин. хотьбы от метро и около 20 мин. хотьбы до центра. |

Se sitúa en el centro de Madrid, a dos pasos de la Castellana, de Colón, de Serrano y Goya, en una zona 'lateral' muy tranquila ... el personal es agradable y atento ... es económico para su situación, probablemente por equilibrar ésta con su antigüedad y estado ... me agrada la relación ubicación/precio/trato ... Necesita una renovación integral ... los baños están obsoletos (el agua sale sucia) ...los acabados igual ... lo mismo sucede con el equipamiento (las televisiones deben ser modernizadas con urgencia ... las alfombras junto a las camas clavadas al suelo ofrecen una mala imagen ... ) ... no me parece correcto que una botella pequeñita de agua del minibar cueste 2,50 euros cuando no se puede beber agua del grifo por el mal estado de las tuberías ... |

Gute Lage (praktisch direkt an der Plaza de Colón, Nähe Hard Rock Café und Parque del Buen Retiro), einfache Erreichbarkeit mit der Metro vom Flughafen (1x umsteigen), Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok, Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis inkludiert Einrichtung etwas schmuddelig (aber gut erhalten) / Stil in die Jahre gekommen, keine Trennung Raucher / Nichtraucherzimmer, seltsamer Geruch in den Zimmern / Gängen (Antitabakspray?), kein Zimmersafe, Personal kann nur teilweise englisch (Einchecken am Nachmittag war problemlos, Verständigung mit Nachtportier war etwas schwieriger aber bewältigbar); alles in allem aber wegen Lage, Erreichbarkeit, Sauberkeit und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis durchaus eine Empfehlung für nichtverwöhnte Kurzreisende (max. 2-3 Nächte), die nicht unbedingt ein topmodernes 3-Sterne- Hotel benötigen und mit den kleinen Mankos zurandekommen |

habitación amplia para una persona en comparación con otros hoteles que necesita reforma ya. Un baño en el color azul escuro no más es de este tiempo. Te da una experienca mala y yo quiero experimentar un poquito de lujo en un hotel, si no, prefiero estar en casa. El aire huele un poco mal. Un hotel en el mismo clase que me gusta mucho más y está cerca es el Best Western Trafalgar. |
