The room and privacy Its expensive to get there from the airport! so if you do pick this hotel make sure you do some research for the metro cos it only costs a few euro on it, compared to the taxi which was nearly 40euro! |

The convenience of having two nearby metro stations for easy transport to and from the major visitor attractions. Good breakfasts to set us up for the day. |

The room was dark. It only had a small window with view to the wall. Furthermore, there was no fridge. |

It was convenient to the Renfe for travelling to our son's house in Pozuelo, convenient to visit the Rastro on Sunday morning and very near the centre of Madrid. It would be nice if there were tea and coffee facilities available if not in every room then available upon request for English tea drinkers |

it has a confortable room, clean, big enough, with internet wiifi, and a bathtub. it could offer tea facilities in the room, and breakfast. the price is a little bit high for what the hotel offers. It's not located in a central area. |

Nice hotel, good location, nice modern clean rooms, easy access to all tourist spots and very near to the metro, our room was on the front over the main road but was very quiet, Only cost 2 euros from the airport on the metro with 2 changes and was very straight foward to find. Would definatley stay here again. |

The staff is great and I don't think the location could be any better. The hotel is from walking distance to the subway and the main parts of the historical city center. The room didn't have a mini-bar. |

Room cleanliness I did not like the fact you cannot use the bar as an integrated part of the hotel, especially for the breakfast. Furthermore, reception staff is not very proactive. |

For 70 Euros for 2 persons it offered good basic value. Clean room, as much water as you can drink. It is very close to the subway station, although it is a short uphill walk and can be difficult if you have big heavy bags. It's not as central as the Puerta del Sol area, where most of the shops and other activities are located. A water boiler in the room for making hot drinks would have been nice. |

Recption staff were very helpful and efficient. The room had plenty of space, was clean and in good condition. The room was well sound-proofed. There were some nice, unexpected, additional touches such as chilled water dispensers on each landing. The room aircon / heating worked well. The location was good for the Plaza Mayor and the Rastro Sunday Market. The lifts were very slow. |

The location is excellent. For a new visitor to the city, it is at walking distance to all major sites of interest in Madrid as well as to the metro station. The hotel is decorated in a very trendy fashion. However, the marble floors without carpets/rugs to absorb the noise, makes it, at times, unbearable to listen to chairs and other furniture being moved during normal daily activities. |

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable The wireless internet is very slow, perhaps they should buy a highspeed connection, and/or improve the signal on each floor. It is a must for attracting more business travellers |

The location is exceptional and the room was very clean and comfortable. Also the price was really excellent. If you are looking for quality/price/location this hotel is the best option in Madrid. No minibar. No international TV channels. |
