Molt amables, ben situat i bona relació qualitat preu si hi ha oferta. No sembla un 4 estrelles, però com a 3 estrelles és correcte. La reforma de les habitacions i les obres fetes ténen marques visibles. |

Que estava just davant de l'entrada del ministeri de sanitat i consum i la meva filla havia d'estar en aquest lloc per triar plaça per ser metge resident. Que m'ha tocat l'habitació Felip IV i és de mal record pels catalans. Soc professora d'història i soc catalana. |

Location near Prado, Very quiet at back consdering location. Special offer was exceptional value Buffett breakfast adequate but not good. However for the price one cannot complain. |

Hotel is excellently situated for all the city museums and art galleries. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location for restaurants and tapas bars. |

All the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They bent backwards to give directions to places we were going. The room facing the back was quiet, virtually no street noise. More counterspace to place belongings would have been nice. |

Good value 'early booking' rate for a really central hotel between Prado and artistic/boho night area. Felt that a kettle and cups in the room would have been an added help, even though it is a high-ish star hotel. |

Absolutely great location, walking distance from big museums, shops, Retiro park and many bars and restaurants. Quiet as well: we had room on back, but I think front rooms would be quiet too. We were 3 friends, made room a bit crowded, as to be expected, much compensated by balcony, comfort of beds and the big bowls of apples. |
