The best was the location that was very close to the best museums. It is also close to Calle Huertas, that is a street with bars, cafes and very good nightlife. The room was very clean and the space was good. The cleaning people starts to work very early and the make too much noise. It was difficult to sleep until late. |

An excellent location, right across the street from the Prado. Room was comfortable, staff was excellent. Breakfast which we had not paid for could be purchased at several rates. Our room faced the front of the hotel and although it is on a side street, it was somewhat noisy due to a major boulevard nearby. Also, noise could be heard from other guests walking, closing doors, etc. It wasn't terrible, but was noticeable. |

The hotel was clean, modern and efficient, with both LAN and wireless internet included. The staff were nice and servicial. The location is perfect for visits to the museums in Madrid (the 3 main museums are within walking distance, from 1 to 3 blocks away) |

Good service, great location This is not a 4 star hotel. They may be able to check off all the tick boxes on an application form, but the hotel would be indistinguishable from a well run 2 star to most people. Don't stay here if you expect a 4 star experience. The hotel is useful, though, if you are willing to pay a little extra for a respectable hotel with a great location. |

The location for visiting the main art museums could not be bettered Staff were efficient and helpful. Excellent value for money. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious. We will use the hotel again when we next visit Madrid |

All the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They bent backwards to give directions to places we were going. The room facing the back was quiet, virtually no street noise. More counterspace to place belongings would have been nice. |
