Helpful, English-speaking staff in reception. Dismal view from room, but at least it was quiet. |

It was a perfect location for those who want to walk to the three major art museums. All are within six or seven minutes. Breakfast should be included |

Location, cleanless of the rooms, nice hotel staff. The metro station could've been a bit closer to the hotel |

Good value 'early booking' rate for a really central hotel between Prado and artistic/boho night area. Felt that a kettle and cups in the room would have been an added help, even though it is a high-ish star hotel. |

Absolutely great location, walking distance from big museums, shops, Retiro park and many bars and restaurants. Quiet as well: we had room on back, but I think front rooms would be quiet too. We were 3 friends, made room a bit crowded, as to be expected, much compensated by balcony, comfort of beds and the big bowls of apples. |

location close to the Prado museum Very thin walls - heard a lot of noise from other rooms, could hardly sleep. Hotel is in a purely "functional" style, not very warm or attractive |

The staff was friendly. The room was a good size, and well air conditioned, which is a big plus in the summer. The location was good for being able to access all the tourist sites in Madrid. |

I thought the hotel was beautifully situated and well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very modern and the facilities for the wedding were superb. Air conditioning in the bedroom was maybe a bit excessive although I probably could have turned this down, not too sure! |
