Nahe Lage zum Flughafen, gute Anbindung an Autobahn Bei der Buchung wurde ein "Deluxe-Zimmer" versprochen mit Arbeitsbereich mit frischen Blumen. Das Zimmer war winzig, der "Arbeitsbereich" ein normaler Tisch (ohne Blumen!), die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ging in den Hinterhof mit lauter Abluftschächten,Kabeln, also sehr eklig. Badhocker fehlte; Schwimmbad gab es keines (war aber ein 5 Sterne Hotel); überall stand Personal bereit, dem man für die geringsten Tätigkeiten ein Trinkgeld geben sollte. Personal war langsam; obwohl unter meinem Namen bestellt war, fand man die Reservierung unter Namen des. Begleiters. Parkplatz 27,- ist Wucher. Wir haben das Hotel gewählt wegen Lage und weil Hotel der gleichen Kette in Toledo (Gott sei Dank nur 4 Sterne) toll war, von Lage bis Personal! |

Es bot sich uns ein modernes, hell und freundlich gestaltetes Hotel. Angenehm aufgefallen sind die eleganten Gestecke frischer Blumen. Das Frühstücksbüfee war sehr reichhaltig ,insbesondere viel frisches Obst und Säfte. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption organisierten Veranstaltungskarten und halfen bei Tischreservierungen. Das Personal der hoteleigenen Restaurants könnte etwas mehr aufmerksam sein. |

the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in a hotel! our room was small but nice and clean! the hotel is more a 4 star than a five star hotel, but the location of the hotel is great! We do recommend the Hesperia Madrid hotel to other people (also because of the good price)!!! when we arrived in the middle of the night the night shift tried to sell us a upgrade to a superior roon or junior suite.. but the could not clarify the difference between our deluxe room and the superior room (this room even had a smaller bed than our room). They dragged us around the hotel.. while the only thing we wanted was a good night sleep!we filed for a complaint th enext morning, and the manager responded very correctly and the rest of our stay was very pleasant! |

Good breakfast The room was very small witn view on a wall. We asked to change it but was only possible by paying 80 Euro. There were spots on the linnen we asked to change it but they didn`T. We had to call the reception 4 times to bring us the pricelist of the minibar.This hotel is not worth his 5 stars, only 4 at the best. |

The staff was very friendly and always. I appreciated their effort when I asked for directions to a certain place and considered hiring a car to get there. Noisy "boda" (wedding) on the lower floors lasted until after 3 in the morning (impossible to sleep!). |

I enjoyed very much my room, and a very nice breakfast, the only meal that I found excellent in Hesperia Hotel. The "burocratic" service of the restaurant staff, almost bad humoured. |

It was really just a very pleasurable stay; the room was fabulous, the staff was attentive and helpful, the location was fantastic. The in-hotel restaurants were very expensive, but if you get a reservation that includes buffet breakfast the breakfast offerings are very high quality and plentiful. |

we loved the junior suite with the excellent bed and the coffe mashine. we found that the service could be better. F.eks. we needed some tablet for the coffe mashine but that was a big problem.........I contacted the reception without anything happend. It was a small problem but compared to the price of the room it should work much better. |

Hotel was truly a 5 star hotel although the prize of the room was more than reasonable. And the staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was quite an experience - best I ever had. The location of the hotel is very good - one of the main street but without any extra noise. Business centre was very useful. Please notice, stamps for the post cards are complimentary. Wifi was not working properly but fast internet connection was available in business centre. |

The comfort and the breakfast The enetrtainment television programs which were mainly in Spanish and/or for example the films dubbed to Spanish (stupid). I am Swedish and totally dislike hearing people I know talk English or Spanish or German or whatever being dubbed to Spanish. It destroys the enjoyment of a film. And it prohibits language learning. which would be very good for everybody. |

the staff were extremely professional and helpful, the scent of the hotel was welcoming, the rooms were cleaned perfectly, it really felt like home away from home. TV channels are very diversified, extremely fast room service , very good food. Always smiling staff ! Nothing specific i would think of except that i was disappointed that there is no swimming pool and the internet was slow and cuts often (only in the rooms) |

We liked comfortable beds and bed sheets, nicely furnished rooms and bathrooms & excellent breakfast buffet The toiletries (one small shampoo and one shower gel) in our double room were not sufficient even for one person; had to ask the reception for more. The location is a bit remote, so be prepared to walk 20-30 min to the center of take the metro (which is very close) |

Hesperia Madrid very luxury and comfortable few steps away from the metro station and you could easily access the heard of Madrid using the metro, very elite area and luxury room full of facilities and extremely comfortable bed . |
