La situation de l'hotel est vraiment parfaite. A deux pas de tout. Le Wifi gratuit dans tout l'hotel est très agréable. L'hotel n'est pas très bien entretenu. Mauvaises odeurs, papier peint décollé, ampoules manquantes...en plus la douche hydrojets ne fonctionnait pas...domage car j'avais choisi cet hotel pour ce petit "plus". Le ménage est lui aussi approximatif. |

Literie très bonne- Petit déjeuner très varié, frais, de très bonne qualité- Personnel accueillant et serviable - Chambre prévue pour trois personnes un peu exigüe; manque d'intimité: salle de bains et toilettes trop peu "isolées" - Chambres avec vue sur la Gran Via trop bruyantes. (Nous avons obtenu sans problème une chambre vers l'intérieur)- Air conditionné déconnecté à partir du 01 octobre: erreur |

Sa situation au cœur de madrid : à pied on peut rejoindre les sites touristiques, musées etc... Son design... La cabine de douche de style " je fais tout (jets, radio...)" "était difficile à utiliser et étroite ;-( Le service d'accueil un peu réduit : pas d'aide pour porter les bagages... Le fait que les vélos promis sur le site internet soient peu disponibles (1h par jour et par client car peu nombreux 4 pour tout l'hôtel ) et soient en mauvais état alors que c'est ce sont ces vélos qui avaient motivé notre réservation ;-( |

L'avantage, c'est qu'il est au centre ville, sur la Gran Via. Les chambres ne sont pas de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner était insuffisant... |

This hotel is getting old, furniture are not being maintain to the best level. Double rooms are small in comparaison with single rooms. |

The location and internet access is the only good thing about this hotel. Where to begin...the room was in terrible shape, bed not comfortable, AC/Heat not working, shower leaked everywhere, the bathroom smelled terrible, misrepresented as a three star. No follow up on my complaints by staff, I could not wait to check out. |

I book smoking room, but hotel said that this is only option and not guarantee. For smoking people smoking place is such nessesary as WC for all guests, i.e. imagine, that your book hotel with WC on street. Information on booking.com and hotel site describes this hotel as friendly to smokers. It's not true. Second - place on Grand Via is not good for staying in Madrid and rooms really very small. |

Megail very helpful polite and nothing was too much trouble.Very central for everything and hotel food very good shame no evening meals or a snack machine. Tea and Coffee in room would be helpful especially as the English like their tea!!! No plug in wash hand basin. |

The location was excellent and very convienent to shops, metro and places of interest. The family room we had was spacious, comfortable and spotless. I would definitely stay her again. |

Leaving the rock hard bed and getting back to something I could sleep on! Yes the rock hard bed! The hydro-massage shower was a joke, I could spit with more force! The view from the window was of the weights for the lift and just a gap between buildings. The location was ok but very close to the prostitutes of Madrid (and there were lots of them) |

The hotel was well located and convient to all tourist locations. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We did not use the bike program but would have liked to have used it. The bed was way too firm, like sleeping on a box spring. The curtains did not close easily. The bathroom light system was in need of a night light as the regular light was too bright for those times in the middle of the night when we did not want to wake our spouse. There was a bit of street noise. |

Very close to Gran Via and within walking distance of main attractions. The family rooms were about 25 m2 and had some extra room with 4 beds. The breakfast was 7,5 euros pr. person and was ok. At times there was noice from the hall - not from the other rooms but from people in the hall. The hotel was a little worn down. The beds were too hard in my opinion. |

The location Rooms are real small and dont correspond to the size of the pictures of the room advertised on the website. Windows with no blinds and noisy. I was expecting a better service, its a hotel just for sleep and because of its excelent location. wireless wasnt working in the room and experiencing dificulties for the 4 days although it was included in the price. poor value for what it costs. |
