High Tech Avenida Gran Vía

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend. Alle bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Ook het ontbijt was van een goede kwaliteit.

Minder tevreden waren we over de staat van onderhoud van de kamer. Beschadigingen aan de gordijnen, plafond, wastafelblad etc. Zaken die makkelijk verholpen kunnen worden met een goed onderhoudbeleid.

de ligging van het hotel, en service van fietsen alhoewel moeilijke aangelegenheid is in Madrid. Men is fietsers niet gewend en het verkeer is niet gewend, zeer goede Metroverbindingen.Handdoeken per dag verschoond.

de kamers zijn erg pover ingericht, bijvoorbeeld geen tissues in de badkamer en de airco en verwarming bleken centraal geregeld, dus de kamer was bloedheet. Raam i.v.m. veel te veel lawaai niet mogelijk open te houden gedurende de nacht.High Tech niet tot uiting in sanitair en kamer.Lift te klein.zag er allemaal te simpel en oudbollig uit.

This hotel is getting old, furniture are not being maintain to the best level. Double rooms are small in comparaison with single rooms.

The location and internet access is the only good thing about this hotel.

Where to begin...the room was in terrible shape, bed not comfortable, AC/Heat not working, shower leaked everywhere, the bathroom smelled terrible, misrepresented as a three star. No follow up on my complaints by staff, I could not wait to check out.

Megail very helpful polite and nothing was too much trouble.Very central for everything and hotel food very good shame no evening meals or a snack machine.

Tea and Coffee in room would be helpful especially as the English like their tea!!! No plug in wash hand basin.

Leaving the rock hard bed and getting back to something I could sleep on!

Yes the rock hard bed! The hydro-massage shower was a joke, I could spit with more force! The view from the window was of the weights for the lift and just a gap between buildings. The location was ok but very close to the prostitutes of Madrid (and there were lots of them)

The hotel was well located and convient to all tourist locations. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We did not use the bike program but would have liked to have used it.

The bed was way too firm, like sleeping on a box spring. The curtains did not close easily. The bathroom light system was in need of a night light as the regular light was too bright for those times in the middle of the night when we did not want to wake our spouse. There was a bit of street noise.

Very close to Gran Via and within walking distance of main attractions. The family rooms were about 25 m2 and had some extra room with 4 beds. The breakfast was 7,5 euros pr. person and was ok.

At times there was noice from the hall - not from the other rooms but from people in the hall. The hotel was a little worn down. The beds were too hard in my opinion.

Friendly staff/ good value/ free bikes - not the best bikes in the world but free!!

the bath room was behind a glass wall!!! the bedroom was dark and small

proximity to central location....very well situated for all attractions

rooms were tiny, very noisey in the morning with staff cleaning rooms and hoovering halls...no tea or coffee making facilities in room...reception staff not very helpful, breakfast costly for basic food in unattractive restaurant setting
