The room was very comfortable and large. The neighborhood had a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle was great. It was the only place I stayed in Spain where my wifi didn't work. |

I enjoyed the size of the room. The bathroom was well equipped and the Dell laptop in the room was a real plus. Also liked the fact that the restaurant stayed open until late because we didn't get in until about 10PM and we were hungry and appreciated the restaurant. A little out of the way, but we wanted something close to the airport. |

i liked the fact that we were located close to barajas and that we were in the neighbourhood setting. not paying tourist inflated prices for instance...went to the market where the locals went etc...free internet was a bonus as well! staff were friendly and helpful well i found that your decor for the rooms were stylish and expensive in appearance yet were not very good quality. the sink in our room leaked, the shower was fancy yet uselessly complicating as well as cheap (plastic fittings). i'm not a fussy person but in your interest with the water damage to the bathroom due to leaking sink. floating, fake wood floors...better to have ceramic i think. |

Nothing, facilities rubbish, nothing around it, and they had the audacity to call the room at 10.30am to state the water would be off between 11am and 1pm. I checked at 11.10am - guess what water running fine, merely wanted to turn the rooms around, which is not good if you are an internatational traveller. Most of it |

Nice bar/lounge area where I could work on my laptop, nice swimming pool, computer supplied in room plus free internet. Not much choice on room service menu, room service/bar snacks not available all day, no chairs/tables/parasols around the pool area, only a few sun loungers. |

The hotel staff were efficient. The room was good with excellent facilities including free wifi. It is impossible to take a taxi to the hotel from Madrid airport (all the taxi drivers refuse), but the shuttle service is not good enough. Despite ringing the number (which noone answered), the shuttle was over an hour in coming. Other hotels were shuttling with much more regularity. |

I found the staff at the hotel exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly.I was particularly impressed with David on Reception who was very professional and helpful. The bed was very hard, but that is perhaps a personal preference. and the bus service from the airport should run as long as flight arrive/depart as I spent over 1 hour and a half trying to perusde taxi drivers to take me when arriving after midnight. Then after 2 taxis and 40 euros lighter I managed to arrive after 2am. |

good restaurant, breakfast included, airport service. I liked the bunk beds for kids in the room. bed was very uncomfortable. Also, did not like time between 2-5(?) where there was no restaurant, no bar (both closed), and there is no vending machine anywhere in the hotel to buy any kind of drink/snack. |

convenient for airport the shuttle bus back to the airport was full so had to get a taxi which addeed to the cost of stay. This was the main reason for choosing the hotel so could be sorted by using a booking system and providing extra transport as necessary. |

free wifi could hear everything through walls from other rooms and seemed the walls wear very thin so if someone slammed a door the whole room shook |

Loved the high tech aspect of the Hotel. The bunk bed ladder and lower bunk bed creaked the whole night. Need some adjustments maybe. The shower had a bit of mildew. |

the swimming pool, and the bunk bed was enjoyed by my daughters the restaurant was very expensive (double the price of everywhere else, including top class restaurants in madrid centre) and not child friendly- they had high chairs for toddlers but the regular chairs are very uncomfortable for young children. I would not recommend the hotel for families, it's fine for business being so close to the airport |

Computer on each room with Internet service and decor was nice. Had 2 small children in family room and could not use top bunker bed due to lack of railing, I recommend a short or small railing in the bed. |

This was a wonderful overnight hotel if you need to be near the airport. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from and takes the hassle out of things. It also has wifi throughout so business people should be pleased, |

This hotel is totally adequate for anyone wanting to be near the airport. The rooms have everything that you need. The food is good, and service helpful. The neighbourhood seems quiet, and the metro station is about 10 minutes walk away. |

laptops with internet connection in room-fabulous. Nice, clean, spacious rooms, great shower. some of staff could speak english. We have a family that enjoys swimming so we picked a hotel with a pool and a fitness room. The pool was beautiful but carefully guarded by an angry, unfriendly pool care taker who opened only when manager directed out of 4 days, pool was open 3 hours. Fitness centre was rubbish--old treadmill that delivers an electric shock if you touch handles and sauna room. In a hot room, no ac or ventilation, and nothing to help fitness level. |

Nice that the room comes with a computer. Good sized room as you would expect from a claimed 4 star facility. Noise from other rooms is a problem. The shuttle is also problematic, and I was suggested to take a taxi to the airport and did. |
