Die zentrale Lage, nähe der Metro, Die Baustelle draussen auf der Strasse, aber "Hut ab" die Spanier arbeiten schnell und sauber. Die haben bis Morgens um 3 gearbeitet und am 7 waren sie wieder dran !!!! Dank der 2 Doppelverglasten Fenster und dem elektrischen Rolladen dazwischen war nichts zu hören. |

Gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Ausstattung, angenehme Atmosphäre: Empfehlenswertes Hotel! Frühstück nicht gebucht, daher hier keine Aussage möglich. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein - aber noch ok. Duschtrennwand war unten undicht. |

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück Zimmer im 1. OG bedingt duch die Lage des Hotels sehr dunkel. Die Gereusche der Sanitäreinrichtungen, Bäder, der Nachbarzimmer laut hörbar. Abflüsse laut. |

Lage, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Essen am Abend , die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich Das Einzige: beim Frühstück mußten wir manchmal zu lange auf den 2. Kaffee warten. Sonst war alles prima. |

The staff were terrific and helpful. The room was very modern with many amenities. The location was simply perfect for a quick getaway weekend with easy access to the entire city. The only negative that I had about my stay at the hotel was that the rooms was tiny in the traditional European way -- hardly room to walk around the bed. |

Location was excellent for access to many key sights. Very close to Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor with many streets lined with good restaurants and pubs. Even though there was construction on front street, our rooms were sound-proof. The front desk staff were excellent in regard to assisting in bookings and for information. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This was a very good valued hotel in a great location with excellent staff. There was not anything not to like. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Tapas restuarant very good, main restuarant very expensive and food portion large - we did not feel it was value for money. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. |

Layout very accommodating for a renovated European hotel. Beautiful bathroom with shower doors, jacuzzi, ample storage and very comfortable beds. The room was quiet and nicely furnished; did not feel modern "chic"; in other words, did not feel cheaply furnished. I wish it was closer to the museums.... |

The location was perfect, the fact that they accommodate our 5 years old daughter with no extra charge, the supplies at the bathroom are more than perfect The constructions and the fixes around the hotel we should be informed about this, the tv channels are almost in spanish prefer if they have many other options |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free minibar was a pleasant surprise although it consisted mainly of soft drinks and fruit juices. The hotel was also very well located for shopping and entertainment with several nearby metro stations - one was only 20 metres from the hotel. My only gripe was the road works plaguing Madrid at present and in particular the street in front of the hotel. There was some noise in the morning but not too early. However I think that this should be signalled when booking. |

A very good location, close to the old city sites and shopping. There is a close Metro station near buy which is useful for traveling the city. Free internet and free min bar are nice features. This hotel is good value for money. |
