The hotel was clean, breakfast was ample. Within walking distance of almost all the central Madrid toursist attractions. Very close to the Sante de domingo and caleo metrol stations. Lack of tea and coffee makings in the rooms. |

the breakfast at preciados is very well prepared , wide choice of savory and sweets. great fresh juices and overall a very good start of the day. heating is unbearable and not possible to adjust from the room. despite the snow it was far too hot in the room .coffee at breakfast was far from the quality of the other beverages offered.bad coffee |

The location is excellent everything was within walkng distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a very clean and warm hotel very welcoming. Breakfast was a little expensive, but definitely well worth it. we would recommend this hotel highly. |

Loved the fact that the hotel is centrally located. Very nice facility. Rooms are perfect size, are clean, modern. Everything we needed, we found it at this hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and will also recommend it to my family and friends. Staff was courteous and always willing to help. Restaurant is expensive. It would be nice if the hotel could offer coffee, orange juice or a pastry in the morning. That's all it's needed. |

The reception staff and management were very helpful in any requests I made. The hotel is perfectly placed to walk around Madrid as a tourist or shopper. |

The place was hugely welcoming - and the rooms and facilities very comfortable. The restaurant was a complete and hugely pleasant surprise - and the staff were wonderful and friendly. They did not belittle me nor steer me on to English when I interacted with them in my reasonable but intermediate level Spanish. Great great location -we had a great time mid winter (in a flight cancelling blizzard) and are already planning a return visit at another time of year. None - only that we didn't know about it ealier ! |

I stayed here three times in my holiday as I had to transit through Madrid. The hotel is very well situated - in the centre and very close to a Metro stop. It takes two changes on the Metro to get there from the airport, but it is a pretty simple system to use. The minibar was free (added bonus). Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again! |

Unfortunately during my stay there were road works that partially closed the way of access to the hotel. They'd rather slightly reduce the fare in this period trying to counterbalance the possible guests' disease. |

The location is great walking distance to all the main sites also nice places to go out around hotel and the hotel staff is great i would reccomend this hotel after the renouvation of the road in front is done warning to all travelers there are works on the street in front of the hotel @@@ it is not pleasnt and it is just in front of the breakfast room @@ I would expect a site like booking.com and also the hotel to be fair and to explain this before i make my reservation i was very disapointed @@ |

Quiet and neat to everything The superior room is extremely small, Jacuzzi is not Jacuzzi , the king bed was two bad put together. For the price of superior room I am very disappointed, was not what we expected. Too small, and nothing special. If I know that the room is like this I will not chose it, or I will go in normal room but pay more than 1000 Euro really is not the value of that room |

The staff were terrific and helpful. The room was very modern with many amenities. The location was simply perfect for a quick getaway weekend with easy access to the entire city. The only negative that I had about my stay at the hotel was that the rooms was tiny in the traditional European way -- hardly room to walk around the bed. |

Location was excellent for access to many key sights. Very close to Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor with many streets lined with good restaurants and pubs. Even though there was construction on front street, our rooms were sound-proof. The front desk staff were excellent in regard to assisting in bookings and for information. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This was a very good valued hotel in a great location with excellent staff. There was not anything not to like. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Tapas restuarant very good, main restuarant very expensive and food portion large - we did not feel it was value for money. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. |
