It is right in city center - excellent location!!! Had an elevator which was nice. No curfew. Steps to bars and clubs and all the sights. There was only one person on staff that spoke English, and so if she was not around, they would have to call her. Not very convenient, but there are many very helpful tourist information centers all over the city so it was not a big deal. |

Great location, although it gets bit noisy but that's what you get for staying central as everything's really close by. Very secure with finger print scanning to get into the hostal and ur room. Room's bit small but again good enough to stay. |

A return visit to explore more of Madrid. The hotel was just as good as before. It's right in the heart of the city so don't expect quietness from the streets below, but we don't mind the bustle. We hope to go back again next year. |

It is in a good position near Sol,ideal for 2 people if in a room inside where the noise from outside does not intrude. The single room was in a very noisy situation and it was impossible to sleep. The woman who owns the hotel was particularly unpleasant. |

The location was excellent and the room was clean and well appointed for my needs. Price was also good. The air-conditioning did not work in my room. Fortunately, it was not needed until the last two days I was there. Even though they could not get the problem fixed before I left or move me to a different room, they did get someone there quickly to try and fix it. I appreciate the effort. |

It located in a very central area- near Sol. The room was a good size and the bathroom too. The air-conditioning was fantastic. I felt safe there. The Receptionist had a bad attitude from the beginning. In addition, I and I am sure the other guests too, were awakened by her baby crying in the early morning. However, when I complained she got very defensive and said that because the baby started crying around 8 in the morning, it was okay. There was no sympathy for guests being disturbed by the crying baby. |

The hotel is located straight in the heart of the town, very close to Plazza Mayor! It's located in one of the most populated pietonal streets in Madrid and sometimes it may be quite noisy by night. Just close the windows and everything'll be ok! |

The room was spacious, the bathroom was big, and everything was clean! Their security system is based on fingerprints instead of keys, and we felt very safe. The location is great, right next to Puerta de Sol. Great value for the money! |

Hotel position is very good, in a very, very central area, at 100 meters of the metro station 'SOL', on a very nice pedestrian street. The building and the hotel are very safe. We appreciate that the hotel was very clean and the staff has been very diligent. If I will return to Madrid, is surely that this hotel will be a priority for my accommodation. In our room for three people ought to be more chairs. |

The hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid, which was excellent for our city trip. Everything was near and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helped us in every way they could. Some of us felt that the location was a little bit noisy at night time. |
