The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was treated well and I felt welcomed. There was no "working" air conditioning. My room was always over 90*. The only relief I got was the air coming through the balcony doors. The noise level from the street below made it very difficult to get much sleep. |

The only good thing is location (Chueca) of the Hotel. 1. English speaking staff at reception; 2. Better daily cleaning; 3. Safe boxes at least on reception. |

Third floor, no elevator, it is really hard to get there carrying a lot of luggage. My room was next to a very noisy street, so it was hard to sleep. |

I only stayed here for the price, but honestly it's not worth it. The rooms are terrible, in the 3rd floor of what it seems an abandoned building, old carpets, the sheets in the bed had holes, the bathroom was microscope, theres noise all night long, they don't fix things that are broken, but worst of all, the staff was rude and unfriendly. Hostal Camino is not worthy of being in Booking website |

very nice location, quite near the attractions.Friendly staffs but one of them didn't speak English. Noisy but safe in the center. Good deal for short stay at Madrid. Never change sheets during our stay; No hot water after 24:00 when taking shower; No lift in this hostel especially when the room is on the 4th floor. |

It was very convenient to the subway station and there were a lot of things to do in the area. There was a lot of noise from the street. I thought that there were 100 people outside and there were only 5 to 10. The noise seemed to go on all night. |

I was given my key to my room and I was on my own. I felt free and the hostal was like my home where I could enter and leave anytime I wanted. The lay owner-cum-receptionist/caretaker was very kind and always smiled. She was not policing your every move. It was like she was giving me my freedom in exchange of my obligation to take care that nothing untoward happens in the room I rented. The room has no safety box. If you have a precious belonging (like a laptop), then you'd think twice whether to leave it or bring it with you everytime you leave the hostal. But so far, nothing got lost. The caretaker, after cleaning the room, would see to it that the steel blinders at the window and doors were down to keep away anyone from entering the room. |

The location was very good. The hotel was very shabby. To enter the building you have to put your hand through a window and turn a handle. The bathroom light was a bare bulb hanging from a wire, in the shower. The stairwell of the building is crumbling and dirty. |

The camino is central enough, so I spared some money on transports, because I could just walk. However, public transport in Madrid in really cheap, so... Hair on the pillow, a somewhat dirty towel in the bathroom and a strange smell in the whole building. |

Located in the trendy Chueca district and a minute’s walk to Gran Vía, this guest accommodation has simply decorated rooms with patterned, tiled floors and elaborate fabrics. |
Hostal Tineo is located in the very heart of Madrid, near theatres, cinemas and museums such as the Prado, the Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Reina Sofía Museums. |
The Husa Hotel Paseo del Arte is next to Madrid’s Atocha train station and the Retiro Park. It is perfectly located for visiting museums and galleries. |
The Oporto Hostal is a sober and elegant building from the end of the 19th century. It is located right in the Historic-Cultural Center of Madrid, in the heart, only 200m from the Puerta del Sol. |
