The location is very closer to Puerta del Sol (Km 0 of Madrid) The room was a bit claustrophobic, some has windows but the space between walls and bed was almost non. |

Pleasant staff, cleaned room daily. Air con was working. Location couldn't be more central. If you want a really cheap room and dont mind a shabby place then it's fine. Bit scruffy, needs a fresh paint, a bit noisy, prostitution on the street but they kept to themselves. Tv reception was like watching snow, terrible so shouldn't advertise Tv. |

room was clean, close to centre of Madrid you should bring earplugs because of extreme noise from outside. Sleeping whithout earplugs is almost impossible. The room had only a ventilator, no airconditioning, which would have been usefull because of the high temperature. Unsafe neighborhoud, lots of prostitutes... . |

I enjoyed the most the people who were working there, were really kind and even though they could not speak english very well, they were trying to help us with everything and explain all we asked. The only thing i did not like was the fact that we could not get in for check in before 10 a.m. |

Free wifi and nice, helpful staff. Near to a dodgy area and the window did not shut properly so was noisy at night. |

Good central location for metro and city centre area. Easy to find and no car required during the stay. Can be a little noisey in the street outside as it was a one way system car horns and Madrid being a late night party city. |

The position is ideal for a visit to central Madrid. The staff were helpful and courteous. The whole place, including our room was very clean. The hotel was in a street heavily populated by prostitutes, although the use of the finger scan entry system encouraged us to hope that the hotel was not used for this purpose. The road outside was noisy all night long, but it is in central Madrid. |

good location The owner doesn't speak English. The thing is we paid on the first night after we checked in, and she do the transaction with us. Three days later, we were rushing for the flight, she asks us to pay again, we try to explain we paid already, but she don't understand, and keep saying we have to pay, and her attitudde was changing .Same as us, we are getting angry as well. |

Price and location near to the Metro station The windows were old and let through cold air and noise from the outside. The staff hardly spoke English. There was no toilet in the room but sink and shower in a small bathroom without the door between the bedroom. The toilet was in another room. |
