The location is excellent,the hostal was very clean,and they cleaned the room every day.Got clean towels towels everyday.Staff is friendly,great value for money. |

Location and access to Madrid highlights was excellent. Being on a main street gave access to many eating and transportation options. Not so clean. Beds were somehow miniature. The double was not the size of two twin beds, and very small for two adults. Very noisey even late at night, though maybe that is just Madrid. |

It is in the city center and convenient to many museums and shops. Can not make an international call, so I had to go to the pay phone. |

staff on duty 24hrs, clean room although dated furniture. Excellent location, bit noisy early in the morning, room warm during summer months. Adeqate for short weekend break if not spending much time in room. Very quiet in hotel |

location is excelent ...close to all nightlife spots...especially to Chueca area. elevator didn't function...to the 3rd floor i had to bring my luggage myself. room interior is obsolete, but it doesn't disturb if you stay overnight. no airconditioning. |

The hotel was in the city centre, about 50 metres from the metro. The Grand Via is a little bit noisy. |

The location is just fantastic. It's walking distance from the Royal Palace. The Callao Metro is just on the other side of the road. It's also very close to the Hop-on-hop-off bus stop. There are many eateries nearby. We especially liked a Puerto Rican restaurant in an alley opposite the hotel. Very good food at very reasonable prices. |

Great location, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Rooms were spacious with ensuite facilities. Clean. Very good value for money - didn't look like your typical "hostel", more like a hotel. Hotel is situated right on Gran Via so traffic can be noisy. There was not enough room for us in Hostel Continental on our first night so we were asked to stay in the hostel which was situated two floors above. This was a bit annoying, although the standard/price was the same. |

The hotel doesn´t have an own parking area. The private parking area close by hotel is 28,00 EUR/night which is more than 50% of the cost of the room. |

The location was wonderful. Our room overlooked Gran Vía with great windows that opened out over the street. It was loud, but a great experience. |

The room was very small especially te bathroom it was almost impossible to turn around in there.The hotel was situated on te main street which was convenient on one hand, but on the other it was very noisy during the night. |

sehr gute zentrale Lage; Preis/Leistung ok; Gepäck kann bis zur Abreise in einem eigenen Raum verstaut werden die Zimmer sind etwas klein und eher altmodisch, aber für diesen Preis ok; das Bad ist sehr klein; Zimmer zur Straße ist in der Nacht sehr laut |
