The room has very clean, and the location very central, with easy access to the subway. the TV only had a few channels and the wireless was not working |

Not the first time I was there. I'ts a very good option because is in the very city center. You can get the Metro in front of hotel door. Water pipes a bit noisy. Too much women stiking around smoking and twisting their bags. |

The location was excellent - literally steps away from Gran Via metro station. Yes, there were prostitutes in the street, but they are non-threatening and the street is sufficiently well lit to feel relatively safe. The staff were always available and spoke enough English to get by. I was in an inside room and the sound from other floors (the hotel is on the 6th floor) and other rooms was funnelled upwards to become very loud. People talking and laughing at 2 am and, once, a man vomiting at 04:14 in the morning. However, every small city hotel wil be noisy. |

Location is very central in front of metro station "Gran Via" (or 3 minutes from metro station "Sol"). Value for money ! Clean ! It is a noisy sometimes (you can hear the neighbours)... |

rooms are very clean, every day service and new towels. No noise in the hotel itself, polite staff, and the location (in the center, steps away from the Metro Grand Via) is great. Not really, except for the small elevators and the small vault did not work (in my case), and the airco did not work (maybe also in my case only ) |

Excellent location, right above the Gran Via. We can see great night view from our windows. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained every day. Good value of money. The receptionists' English were quite poor, the wirless signal cannot reach my room so I have to sit in the corridor with my laptop. |

La limpieza y lo céntrico. Desde su ubicación se puede caminar todos los lugares de interés y de compras de Madrid. El ruido que hacen las puertas de las habitaciones vecinas. Da la sensación de que están abriendo tu habitación, pero es la de al lado. |
