My plane was really delay and the staff was waiting for me. Room are clean and have all you need for a short stay. Also the free wifi acces is really good The main problem is the staf don't speak english at all and the hotel is on the 7 floor of the bulding with a lift... but the lift was out of service regulary... I had to use the stair to go up or down... even with my luggage. |

None of the staff could speak English, so it was a real challenge. But they were very friendly. The room size was so small that I couldn't imagine, no space at all even to put your luggage. |

The room supplied was very small, there are larger rooms like 5 & 20 so when checking in ask for a larger room! The way the bathroom and bedroom is linked, and the shower is tiny! |

Its central location for sightseeing Madrid. The view from our room was excellent. However the noise over the week end can keep one awake, if one is a light sleeper. Only drawback for me was that the staff did not speak English, and I could not speak Spanish, hence communication at times was difficult. There was one staff who spoke English but was not there the whole time I stayed with them. |

All the staff were very polite and my room was very clean and cosy. For a short stay it is excellent and in a nice central area of Madrid. My window was facing a big white wall and there was no view to admire but on the other hand I was out most of the time and was back after dark so it did not really matter. |

Very near to the metro station; really in the core of the city. It was clean and noise-isolated. The bathroom is not really isolated from our room; the bathroom wall does not reach the ceiling, and it does not have an own ceiling, so the toilet was disgustingly comunicated with our room! Also it does not have Air conditioning or ventilator, so you have to open de windows and the Gran Via noise makes your sleep a bit uncomfortable. |

Very good central location, on 7th floor, so not much noise from busy road below. Near metro, historic centre and good shops. Staff didnt speak English, our Spanish not too good! |

The hotel was central and very close to the metro making it ideal for sightseeing and easy to get around Madrid both on foot and by public transport. It was also very convenient for getting the metro for the early morning flight the day of departure. The site was noisy and the foyer and lift let much to be desired |

Except for the very good living conditions , it was the feeling of comfort and confidence inspired by the hotel staff attitude . For instance, I was to leave very early in the morning , but at no moment I had any doubt about being in time at the airport . Being for the first time in Madrid I needed geographical, financial and other indications from the receptionists of the hotel . |

Location of hostel is very central and right near a metro station. Although on the 7th floor, this gives rise to great city views if you are fortunate enough to have a 'room with a view'. There was 24hr access and desk facility, and it was clean and comfortable, with towels, shampoo, soap and little cups provided!! Sadly my view was of a rear wall of another building, however for the time there it was bearable. Staff spoke no English, however I was in Spain!! |

It's right on the Gran Via, with easy access to the Metro and the center of Madrid. Decent coffee for breakfast (only on weekdays though). Although the staff does not speak any English, they were very patient at communicating, and quite hospitable. Decent temperature in the room. The room was tiny, as was the bathroom. Although the windows are soundproof, the walls are paper-thin, so noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was clearly audible. The WiFi signal was weak. My window looked out onto the wall of the adjacent building. The neighborhood becomes a little threatening after dark. No soap in the bathroom, and there was a layer of dust on some surfaces. |
