The prices was accesible giving that I did not had much options. The view of the triple rooms is great, no noise and very clean. The street where the hotel is located at night is a very bad street, full of women offering their services. I do not recommend this hotel for a family that is going out at night.Not a three stars hotel, just two. |

You get wonderful views across Madrid (7th and 8th floors). The facilities are basic but good value for money and the staff most friendly and helpful. |

I got a clean room and well-maintained bathroom, air-con was also working fine. Overall a good stay if one want to visit city for a short break. |

FAntastic setting, near all the tourist sights, really easy to get to on the metro from the airport. All in all a great hotel. I would go again. There was no view form my room, but the bonus was it was quite and as I was out all the time sightseeing it was just used for sleeping. |

The hostal is very centrally located on the Gran Via It is very clean. It has a great wi-fi connection, free, in the room. I have stayed here before and would do so again. Great value for the price. It is on a corner where prostitutes hang out, and the elevator to the check-in is a little dreary; but, once inside, it is bright and new. The street outside was, by the way, just given a major facelift. |

the location, price, cleanliness, and elevator in this hotel made it worthwhile the website said there was an airport shuttle provided by the hotel, the staff was also not very helpful or friendly. Also, they came into our room early one morning when we were sleeping, very disturbing. |

I liked the very nice staff who was very helpfull during my stay. They could answer every question from shopping, sightseeing to walking directions. The only thing in the hotel I didnt like was the lack of englishspeaking programs in tv or actually any programs in an other language than spanish. |

location is in the very center but it is the "red light" street. it is safe but you know.. as it quite usual for Spain that they don't speak english, it is two floors hotel with the reception on the (i don't remember) 8th and rooms on 8 and 7th but if you live on 7th floor (like me) they don't have an elevator and it is very awkward with a heavy suitcase.. moreover the lights in the coridor turn on just if you go from reception but if you go from your room - there is no light :( |

Good location, nice and helpful staff, the room very clean, fantastic view from the window (8th floor) and good window insulation from the street noise Extremely small double room - if you want to open the window (actually the french door), you have to move the bed before. The photo on the hotel's web site was taken in a bigger room (for 3 people) after removing one bed ! |

Located just 5 meters from Gran Via metro station. Polite staff. Rooms are extremely small. Rooms overlooking courtyard are noisy, gloomy and dark. Overpriced. |

Comodo ad un passo dalla fermata della metro. La camera è di modeste dimensioni ma basta per chi vuole visitare la città e le sue meraviglie perchè serve solo a pernottare. Scarsa o nulla la ricezione del segnale wireless per navigare in internet (forse era dovuto alla posizione della stanza in cui pernottavo ?) E' vero che vi erano le "signorine" nelle vicinanze dell'albergo e che si sentiva un pò di confusione nella notte, ma è in pieno centro e penso sia normale e sopportabile |

Lo mejor es la ubicación y las vistas desde la ventana porque se ve bastante de Madrid Que esta en la calle donde se practica la prostitución. Y el ascensor deberían reformarlo. |
