Very good location for Prado Thyssen museums as well as train station and gardens Front desk staff very aloof, bordering rude. I work in a resort, no excuse for their attitude. |

Modern and clean and great refurbishment. Popular with businessmen too and great tapas! Restaurant superb. Smoking area needs to be reduced in the main bar but was not totally offensive. |

The location was excellent, within walking distance to places of interest and good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced with a good selection for a healthy diet. The presence of a security guard at the lobby and locking the hotel main doors at night made us feel safe. |

The location, within close proximity to the "big" 3 museums/galleries: Prado, Reina Sophia, Thyssen-Bornemisza. Easy walking to Plaza mayor and Sants Anna with its wide choice fo restaurants and tapas bars. Also close to botanic gardens and retiro park and atocha station. Overall a brilliant location, very helpful staff and very good buffet breakfast. Our room overlooked side street shared with disco club which meant some considerable noise on Sat night (and presumably the same on Friday when it's also open) |

The Hotel was extremely clean and the beds particularly comfortable. The nightclub on the corner beside the hotel meant that we could not open the window at night for ventilation because of the noise. |

The staff was very supportive and the hotel itself is in the very heart of the city, near museums and other places of interest. The metro station is also at the next corner. Noise on the Saturday night. |

Modern well fitted out hotel in a handy location near the train station and main galleries. Expensive, but worth it for 2 nights. Also 30 euro for a taxi to the ariport, approx 80 euros for the fast train down to Malaga |

The hotel was very convenient since we arrived on the train. We only spent one night in Madrid. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport when the taxi drivers went on strike. The hotel is located near the Prado and other museums. The room was dark and not well lit. The reading light above the bed stand was useless. |

I enjoyed every moment spent at the hotel, the staff proved very helpful, everything was just perfect. Plus the hotel's location near the main museums and the Buen Retiro park made it the place to stay at, all the more so as the closest underground station is two minutes away if you want to visit the city. |
