It is a nice and clean hotel; perfect for a business trip to Madrid. It is conveniently accessible with close proximity to the Barajas-airport (25 mins by taxi) and 10 mins walk to the nearest metro-station Pinar de Chamartin. |

The suites were excellent. I moved suites 3 times during my stay due toi chnages in my travel plans. Each had a kitchenette, living room bedroom and bathroom.At approx 50 euro per night, this was excelletn value for money. The staff were not always very helpful. I think though that this was mostly due to their level of English. Alos, I would not recommend the adjoining restaurant. Myself and my colleague both got food poisoning from the Tuna! |

I liked the swimming pool, the room quality, the TV, the area with zero noise, well located. The Internet service. Insane expensive and poor. |

Hotel taxi service was 30 mins late meaning I missed an important meeting. Very poor for a business hotel. I was told by the receptionist that they often had problems with the firm! |

The rooms were clean & tastefully decorated as they were new....they had room safe, wi-fi connection and front desk staff was very helpful but the in house staff was quite slow to take orders (delayed, forgetfulness..)given by front desk staff. There was a certain stingyness about service here: removal of extra towels as I was one guest so I had only one bath towel!!!! Did not supply extra bath gel or shampooing when finished!!! Did not provide knife and fork when asked...I was told there was not room service...there was no booklet showing the hotel services. No water kettle to prepare tea or coffee, nor any coffee/tea sachets ..... |

Decoración y estado del hotelo estupendos. Muy cómodo y agradable, con una relación calidad/precio excelente. El barrio es tranquilo y agradable. Está alejado del centro de Madrid y no muy bien comunicado. |

Cogimos dos habitaciones, ambas fueron estupendas, con una decoración cuidada y excelente limpieza. Hemos quedado encantados y por supuesto que volveremos. Se trata de una zona residencial muy buena de Madrid, no obstante para hacer turismo no es la más cercana al metro. Nosotros cogimos taxi, más o menos hasta el centro en torno a los 15 euros, pero el metro también es una buena opción. |

La habitaciónes (suites) son de gran tamaño, cómodas y bien amuebladas. El hotel es moderno. Está muy alejado del centro de Madrid, pero cerca de las grandes vías de comunicación. El baño sólo tenía gel y champu, nada más.De todas formas la relación calidad precio con las ofertas es muy buena. |

Zona buena para aparcar el coche sin zona azul,barrio tranquilo,cercano a estación de Chamartin,...Gimnasio,Acogedor,Limpio,.... Lo que menos me gusto que el wi-fi era de pago, y lo peor habitación con ventana fija claustrofobica, tuvimos que tener abierta la puerta de la habitación.Accesorios de baño excasos,tuvimos que comprar cepillos de dientes,para una vez que se nos olvidan,... |

Es muy nuevo, habitaciones muy amplias y confortables incluso tienen cocina. De accesorios de baño solo hay champu y gel. El desyuno buffet desastroso, solo un camarero, sin reponer no habia ni platos vacios, poca variedad, no merece la pena para nada. |

La comodidad de la habitacion El desayuno bufet no habia de nada ,ni siquiere platos, un solo camarero para todo el mundo. No lo recomiendo para nada y menos por el precio que tiene. |
