Nice hotel, fantastic location. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, they kept the buffet topped up right to when it closed at 10.30am Small TVs in the room with only about 20 channels. |

Terrific location close to the centre of Madrid, (Gran Via, Puerta del Sol etc) very close to a metro station & also the bonus of being in a relatively quiet side street. Was asked if I wanted a quiet room when checking in which was great, heard no real street noise during the night. Room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom big and shower excellent. Breakfasts were good with choice of continental style and hot food if preferred. Didn't have dinner in the hotel itself although the menu looked good. Also didn't spend much time in the hotel as was only there for a weekend so can't comment much on services although the staff were helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Madrid. |

The hotel is in the city center and very close to museums and other attractions. The room was clean and the beds quite comfortable. The breakfast was accetable including also fresh fruits. |

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable, the room was checked regurlary so there was never a need to ask for more towels or something. The breakfast was also good. The area is perfect, near the Gran Via on the one hand, and the Sol area on the other. The staff is very helpful. We would definetely go back there. A bit noisy, for sensitive people it's better to sleep with the window closed (there is ac). |

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful stuff very much, they helped us a lot. The room was very nice with a big clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. We also liked breakfasts very much, because of the food variety. Everything was excellent, I would say, that the hotel would gain 4 stars if they had a gym. |

We liked the proximity to all major points of interest in Madrid, the nearby Porta del Sol, the artsy district, and the restaurants. The hotel is very clean and neat, close to a few metro stations. If we come back to Madrid, we will definitly chose this hotel again. There was no fan in our bathroom, althow there was a large window which could be opened. |

Excellent location right in the heart of the city.Good breakfast and lovely shower!Very quiet for city hotel,staff always friendly and helpful. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but did have a fridge! |
