Niceness of the staff and breakfast. Poor sound isolation between rooms and lack of toilet accessories (shower cap, tooth brush). |

Good location, out of city noise and hassle, nice quiet area, very nice breakfast. Good wifi connection, but costs money. I got a corner room with a window to 3 walls. A bit claustrophobic experience. Staff did not change my room even though I explained my problem and wanted to pay extra. |

The hotel is within walking distance of the Palacio de Congressos and the Bernabéu Stadium. It is also next door to two decent restaurants. |

We were situated on the first floor above the electric entrance doors, which we could hear all afternoon and evening. Did not mention this to staff as we were only staying 1 night, but if we were staying longer i would have requested a move. |

Es un hotel acogedor, el desayuno estuvo muy bien y bastane bien encuanto a desplazarte por Madrid,el metro esta cerca.La habitacion era pequeña pero suficiente para un par de dias,todo estaba limpio. |

hacen botellón debajo del hotel. Al llamar a recepción a las 12 de la noche me dijeron que no me preocupara que no solían estar más de una hora. Al volver a llamar 40 min más tarde me ponían problemas para cambiarme de habitación aunq después de insistir me la cambiaron |

La habitacion y el baño estan muy muy limpios. La ubicacion es buena, cerca del paseo de la Castellana y cerca de una boca de metro para moverte hasa el centro nada. bueno la habitacion un poco pequeña. |

Está en una buena zona de Madrid, y el acceso a/desde Aeropuerto Barajas es rápido. Personal muy correcto y eficiente. La habitación era un poco pequeña, ya que no tenía sitio ni para ubicar la maleta abierta. |
