The rooms were very clean, staff vert attentive and hospitable. Free internet access was superb. Great location, close to restauranys and bars. Suggest that since the hotel is small, they refrain from cooking and placing the eggs on the buffet. Eggs were dry and hard and not edible. The hotel would be better served to offer a fresh scrambled eggs made to order at the customer's request. Otherwise it was just fine. Great coffee! |

Some of the staff was very helpful when asked for restaurant recommendations. The rooms were extremely clean. And the bathrooms were immaculate. The bedspreads are ugly and don't seem to match how nice the hotel actually is. |

Very good hotel. Rennovated, ln a very good location near Gran Via and Chueca. Free WiFi. I was there in January 2010 and there was no cold in the room. Double room was rather small. |

It is centrally located in Madrid, with a comfortably sized room and an enormous bathroom. Simple, but clean, and we got a great deal on discounted rooms. The closets between the room and the neighboring room allowed a break in the sound insulation. |

The only troubled thing about this hotel was a timber floor in a hall - you can hear each step of your neighbors. |

Good position; Spatious and very clean rooms; Extremely friendly staff; Good breakfast buffet and restaurant; Free internet connection; a real bargain for the price. Heating: temperature of room was 27 c and could not be lowered; Only one person of the staff, who was assigned to the breakfast buffet during two days of our one week stay, was in a hurry and started removing food 15 mins before time. |

Really liked the location and the rooms were kept clean. The housekeepers were very obliging. The breakfast was just terrible. When one stays for a week, the same tired stuff every day is too much especially when there is so little choice. I was surprised that almost everything has pork. One morning we had to send back the tired fruitsalad that had been put out for 4 days as it has started to ferment. |

The Hotel is well situated. Nightlife/main museums are within walking distance yet the street is quiet enough to get a good sleep. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Good free WiFi. Not the best mattresses I ever tried, same with pillows but I wont call them uncomfortable. |

We had a wonderful, spacious room and bathroom. The staff were very helpful to give us information about restaurants and how to get around the city. The hotel is very central in Chueca area. The restaurant is worth trying, they offer a very nice gastronomic menu and dinner . Special thanks to Carlos ! |

On my 23rd trip to Madrid, my usual hotel was full so I opted for Lusso Infantas. I wish I had discovered it sooner. In a fairly quiet street, just off Gran Via, and bordering on the Chueca district, it's location was perfect for me. Staff were lovely, everything clean, always hot water, and everything worked. Nice little cafeteria, although there are plenty places to eat or drink in the area. Didn't use the restaurant, not a foody, but it looked nice. Breakfast expensive, but you can eat nearby. There's a Starbucks opposite. |

Lusso Infantas has a very good room service. Bathroom and bath were great and all the soaps were filled daily if needed. Our 4th floor room was quite quiet even located so center of the town. Green-red-signpaper was handy on the door. The bed was terribly hard and exspecially pillows were too thick and hard. That didn't stop resting and sleeping in the quiet room and good company, though. Walls and floors were little bit shabby, but we didn't seek or pay for that kind of luxury. |

We were only on a two night trip but found the hotel convenient to reach during our exploration of Madrid. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Thankyou Possibly would have liked tea making facilities in the room but not a problem. |
