The location and Breakfast was great. The room was a good size. The bathroom was large and modern. The room walls are thin. |

Location just above a bar in a busy night-life area plus very thin walls (usual for Spanish hotels, sadly) made it really difficult to fall asleep. The standard was basic and the hotel does not deserve the 3 stars they display. Also, breakfast was way too small (1 toast + drink). The lobby and cafeteria look actually much worse than in the pictures. |

Because I´m in Spain for two months I had a lot of luggage, and there was no one to help me with my luggage which was not great. The young m very an on the front desk was very impatient with my Spanish. The woman on the front desk was very nice and I loved the location. |

Location is good.Fit for short stay (2 nights). Breakfast(inc.price) is lousy-very bad.A slice of bread-mini butter-mini jam-a mini glass of orange juice and hot coffee or tea(really bad). Also there is a noise that comes from bathroom. So comfortable sleep is impossible. |

It fitted our purpose of being central and near to everything- it was a good stopping off point The service was not great when we arrived as the alarms were going off and the receptionist was very flustered - also double rooms booked did not mean double beds so ourselves and another couple were given twin bedded rooms and not a double bed |

Absolutely nothing. No one would help us. They shut off our air conditioner and we were so hot we had to leave the door open and it was so much noise outside. Everytime we asked for a wakeup call we did not receive one. You have no one there to help tourist with things they don't understand being in Spain. For example it would have been nice if someone would have helped us with phone cards. And to say the first room I was given was a superior size room was so misleading that if I had known I would have asked for yoour largest room. Honesty is the best policy. I would have paid more to be comfortable which I was not. I even explained that I had cancer and was in the middle of treatments and just wanted to enjoy myself because when I went home I was scheduled for a Chemo treatment and I am not a petite women plus the surgeries made me swollen. I was hot every night and no one would help. |

The location was convinient. The walls are thin and if there's loud neightbours you might hear them. But the location itself was really peaceful. |

The hotel is very CHEAP,Clean, central, easy to find and the staff are very efficient. My room was tiny with a single bed and no air conditioning. Noise carries from elevator and other rooms; There is no Fire Escape. If you can allow for these then its a great clean place to Rest your Head. |

The reception staff was always very helpful and friendly. I had to remind the service people to provide new bars of soap. The same happened to family who were staying in a different room. |

The location was amazing given didn't know the city but, having gone for Madrid Pride, it turned out to literally be on the doorstep. Also close to Metro and in easy walking distance of most stuff we needed. The hotel was comfortable but the A/C seems to be centrally controlled which is a bit confusing and meant the room was a bit hot at times. The staff, especially the actual management, were not welcoming at all, at least not to us. They had a massive gay event on their doorstep, you'd think they might have set aside their prejudices and been polite at least. The girl on during the day and night-time receptionist in particular was amazing and went the extra mile to be friendly. His bosses should take a leaf out of his book. |

Staff very friendly and efficient, I had to change room because of a local festival and it was done with a minimum of fuss. Extra charges for non-standard breakfast was a bit mean. |

Very nice little hotel, in the center of the city, had a room looking at the small courtyard so there was no noise. The only problem is that the walls are rather thin, so you hear almost everything in your neighbor's room! |
