The central location and the view were great. Lots of interesting people to watch. Lots of restaurants nearby. The washing machine worked and they have a rack to hang your clothes on to dry. The low ceilings in the bedroom and the step up and over into the bedroom. Also the dangerous metal tab hanging down from the balcony window when open. I hit and scrapped my head on it several times. This bedroom is for younger, shorter people. Also, I think the remote for the TV needs batteries because we couldn't get it to work. |

the location was perfect and the staff were very helpful before arrival sending texts etc.. they charged an extra fee for cleaning not mentioned in the booking and also wanted cash payment on arrival |

Ruim perfect gelegen en goed ingericht 4/5p. appartement midden in oude Madrid op loopafstand van veel winkels, restaurants, bars etc. Grote musea en ander culturele activiteiten op ca 25 minuten loopafstand of met metro goed bereikbaar. pannenset slechte kwaliteit en niet schoon, douche kapot werd pas vermeld nadat reeds was betaald, douchen in bad geen pretje voor lange mensen vanwege te korte garnituur, veel wat kleinere gebreken, 65 euro schoonmaakkosten worden in rekening gebracht maar zelf geen optimaal schoon appartement aangetroffen, huurprijs van 160 euro per dag is te hoog als het niet perfect in ode is. |

L'emplacement central de ces appartements, ainsi que leur fonctionnalité sont un atout majeur pour visiter cette grande ville, notamment en famille. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la personne de contact ont aussi été très appréciés. Le wi-fi n'était pas en fonction, mais la personne de contact nous a rapidement fourni une alternative pour pallier à ce problème. |

Situé au centre de Madrid, un appartement équipé de grande taille avec de belles vues sur la ville par les fenêtres, décoration moderne. Etat correct sans plus. Réfrigérateur fatigué même poussé au maximum.Frais de ménage obligatoires payables d'avance de 65 euros excessifs. Pas vraiment de balcon ou terrasse comme annoncé (petite fenêtre donnant sur la Plaza Major). |

De ligging is ideaal (midden in Madrid) en toch heb je geen last van het levendige plein beneden. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor enkele dagen Madrid Behoud van bedlinnen voor 4 dagen vind ik niet erg, maar badlinnen mocht dan wel 'n keertje meer vervangen worden (zonder supplement m.i.) want dat doe je thuis ook. |

L'emplacement de l'appartement était super, avec vue imprenable sur la place. La propreté de la vaisselle et du linge était approximative. Le linge de toilette n'était pas sec à l'arrivée. Le canapé convertible était très inconfortable. |

Desués de abandonado el hotel, al cabo de unos días he recibido un correo diciendo que durante nuestra estancia ha habido daños en la habitación y que nos pasarían un cargo por ello. En concreto se refieren al conducto de la ducha, y que según nos dicen su coste es de 85.-Eur. más IVA. Ante ello tengo que decir: 1. |

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé (centre ville) mais également bien insonorisé. L'agencement est moderne et confortable. Plusieurs points: 1) La personne est passée plusieurs fois dans notre chambre (entrant parfois sans notre autorisation avec sa clé) dont certaines fois on n'a pas trop compris pourquoi (manip sur la box) 2) Le prix a été réclamé en espèces (alors qu'il était mis sur le site que la CB était acceptée => nous n'avions pas autant de liquide sur nous! et les retraits sont limités par jour et par... |

Bel appartement et grand volume. Emplacement de l'appartement sur la plaza mayor idéal pour visiter Madrid et prendre le soleil. De nombreuses revues, des livres, des jeux disponibles. Présence d'un ascenseur. Quelques bruits de plomberie. Internet par wifi ne fonctionnant pas mais mise à disposition d'un cable ethernet très rapidement. Parking sous terrain de la plaza mayor très proche : prévoir budget 28 € / jour. |

Il balcone con vista su Plaza Major. La gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi dell'appartamento. Camera da letto luminosa e ben insonorizzata. L'impossibilita' di lasciare le valigie in deposito l'ultimo giorno perche' di domenica. Mentre in una mail mi avevano detto che era possibile. |

Appartement très grand et lumineux avec vue splendide sur la plaza mayor. Très silencieux malgré l'animation. Mobilier choisi avec gout, décoration moderne. Un superbe endroit pour passer un long séjour à Madrid. Quelques équipements qui ne marchait pas ou mal : hotte aspirante, rideau de la chambre, chauffe-eau bruyant. Pas de TV et de chaine hi-fi. |

ubicacion, decoracion e insonorización que llegamos a las 12.30 h y no estuvo limpio hasta las 17h. nos hizo perden 6 horas y estar pendientes de volver al aparatamento a por la llave. Y no se puede pagar con tarjeta m pero en booking.com me dijeron que si por lo que nos toco buscar un banco para pagar en efectivo.Tambien crea desconfianza tener que facilitar los datos de la tarjeta de credito. |

Su ubicación Falta de algunos elementos ( por ejemplo televisión ) que debían estar incluídos dado el precio por noche. También quedan fuera de lugar los 50 euros adicionales por limpieza que deberían estar incluídos en el coste global |
