The hotel is just a year’s old and it offers a great accommodation on a very low price. I totally recommend, although it is 15 stops by metro to the city centre (20 minutes). You could easily place it among 5* hotels. |

Exceptional design with wood, glass and leather mastering the room which was also equiped with a white leather sofa and a flat screen TV.Very comfortable double bed with 90x40 pillows, large room with big window, letting natural light to enter. Also very quite and sound proof.Hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Metro.Well worth the 30 mins ride from the Gran Via metro station (city central station). The construction of the toilet is creating pretty uncomfortable situation as the only thing that devides it from the open room is just a lined glass door. |

Clean, comfortable, modern design, esay to park car outside. Due to works at roads nearby, not easy to first find the hotel, even with navigation system. Temperature in room a bit cold during night. |

Close to airport and provided shuttle service. Staff very helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable. Area very quiet. Expensive taxi fare to go into Madrid. Also, did not know if shuttle would pick us up at the airport and spent the minimium 20 euros to go a very short distance. This info may have been provided to us, but overlooked. |

The staff was really nice and helpful. The free shuttle to the Madrid International Airport is a bonus. This is not a negative comment. Travelers just have to be aware that the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and that there seems to be a very few restaurants around. There is a chinese restaurant just around the corner but I chose to eat at the hotel restaurant on the terrace. Service and food were really nice (Spanish menu). Did not have a chance to try the buffet breakfast (but it looked nice) as I needed to go to the airport early. I would have liked to just have a cup of coffee before the shuttle arrived but was told I could not... needed to eat for that... Maybe the restaurant management could consider selling just coffee at the counter to clients who are not interested/or choose not to eat a big breakfast in the morning. |

Stayed here July, 14, 09. Great hotel, excellent buffet breakfast. Very high tech brand new hotel. Some reviews I'd read said it was "cold feeling" and noisy. I found neither to be the case. Slot of glass & chrome can seem a bit cold to some people but I enjoyed the modern design. It is obvious they spend a huge amount on the interior design. I really liked the hard wood floors in the room. A very clean feeling as compared to hotel carpet. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean. With all the glass the maids must have to work very hard to get it all spotless & streakless. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful planning our short td in Madrid. Only complaint is the "free airport shuttle" only runs 7 to 11 am and 7 to 11 p The "free airport shuttle" only runs 7 - 11 am and 7-11 pm. That's not how the free shuttle is advertsed. We had to take a taxi upon arrival at 4:30 pm for acost of 27 Euros. But did get the free shuttle back to the airport the next day as it was within their time slot. You need to sing up for the shuttle ahead of time to make sure you get on it. About a 20 minute trip to the airport so if you are running tight and miss the shuttle itaynot be back for some time. Took several taxis to the hotel all had trouble finding it as it is off the beaten path . Had to use our cell phone to call the hotel so they could direct the drivers. Be sure to take their business card so you can give to the driver & call if necessary. But it is worth it |

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. 30 mins to take metro to city center, it is acceptable. The room is excellence. When I booked this hotel, the website said it is free to use the Internet. When I arrived, the staff there said they had changed the policy, and it was not free, but they could free for me. On the second day, when I backed to hotel, I found that the internet could not be used, I asked the staff again, they said they only could provide one day free internet. After more than 15 mins negotiations, they finally free me for 3 nights. |

closeness to airport, price and comfort of beds ...modern amenities airport shuttle took one hour to come to get me and only after I called to get it to come to Terminal 1 -- shuttle bus not available until 7am in morning which was not suitable as I needed transport at 6am -- shared taxi with other guest which worked out well. Dining in-room astronomical and diningroom had poor selection and expensive prices. I arrived late and had few choices. |

Design and comfortabilty of the rooms and the place in general We asked for some ice cubes and, yes they gave us, but into a plastic bag, I guess they should be prepared for such eventualities and place ice cubes into a bowl |

The rooms are very spacious and finished to a high standard. If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport but with easy access to the city ( gran via is a 25 minute metro ride away ), this is the perfect choice: The reception staff let's this hotel down a bit. There is a pool advertised on the website, but at the time we went there it wasn't filled ... |

The hotel is perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle waited for me at the airport at the time requested. The metro-station is about 200m, but the trip by metro from there to the city centre is about 30min. |

The interior decoration is new, with wireless internet (free of charge in my booking). Not so far away from the ifema (exhibition centre). The double bed room is comfortable, with good insulation from the neighboring room. The bathroom has very good and new facilities. When I arrive, the staff there was not so polite, without a smile. Seems not many places to eat close to the hotel. No shuttle bus to and from the exhibition centre. Airport shuttle limits to morning and night. In my room, if you stay with another person, you may feel embarrasing when taking a shower. It is a complete open area with glasses as the only separation. Maybe Twin room is different. |

The room was nice and spacious. The Bed was really comfortable. I thought wifi is free based on the advertisement in their website but I still need to pay 6 euros per day. It was also indicated that there is a 24 hour airport shuttle service but this is also not true. The shuttle service starts at 7am. |
