Room was very comfortable I had a big hassel over getting a converter plug for computer, The first person I spoke to suggested I leave the Hotel, walk accross the street ,turn right and I should be able to find a store that carried them.after a 10 min. Walk, That from a 4 star hotel? |

I liked the room, bathroom and the fitness centre. The breakfast was very good. That you have to pay to use the swimming pool (this should be mentioned on the side). People who book have to realise that it takes 45 min. to get to the centre of Madrid by bus |

The professionalism of the manager to solve our situation (booking not completely transmitted from booking.com). The room we eventually got. The kindness of the staff (cleaning ladies and breakfast room) The 'cold' welcome from the staff at the reception. Rooms are also noisy. |

We enjoyed the antiques!!! I would like to suggest a "smile pill" for the recepcionist!!! She was rude and blunt. So, as you are arriving at this hotel expect a bad calling card which actually spoils the whole stay as it is the one thing you'll retain at once. |

Good food & service in the restaurant & at the bar. I didn't have to leave the hotel for a good meal & the menu had a wide variety of offerings, including several American ones. They had a wonderful glassed-in smoking lounge adjacent to the bar area, which is larger & more comfortable than any I've seen in the states. |

Staff were promptly available even though I arrived and departed very early in the morning (4-5am). Room was exceptionally comfortable. Room service was prompt and good. Particularly impressed with reasonable price of room. |

The room was clean The hotel decoration reveled a very bad taste. When we arrived to the hotel the Reception did not have our reservation, the 1st time this opened with Bookings.com. The receptionists and doorman were not either nice or helpfull. The Wi-Fi shoulded be free and avaiable in all hotel but didn´t work during afternoon and evening - when requested help to the staff, they were not able to do so. |

I was not aware that Airport shuttle finished at 23.30hrs, I called hotel when I landed but they would not wait and had to pay 23€ in taxi fare. When I arrived at hotel publicity in reception showed room service until 01.00hrs, when I called they said it was an error and only until 24.00hrs- they reluctantly agreed to provide refreshments. |

The central location, between Fairground, City and Airport The restaurant is extremly expensive. The shuttle bus is only avaible on registered times, which is stupid. Now I had to take a taxi, it was 12 euros and the driver ask 18. That is not clientdriving Hotel Melia!! At the airport u see everyminute shutle bus arriving!! |

The room and bathroom were very nice. We had a package that included breakfast (fantastic choice) and one free use of the spa. The staff were very helpful and we had no problems with communication. There's a bus just outside the hotel that goes to the city centre for €1 and takes about 30 minutes. There was some confusion about the free airport shuttle when our friends returned to the aiport - it would be wise to give yourself an extra half an hour to allow for any problems. |

Set just behind the glorious Retiro Park, this modern hotel is just a pleasant walk away from some of Madrid’s most impressive sights. |
Conveniently set near the Madrid Barajas Airport, this trendy new hotel is well-placed for accessing the airport and visiting both the city centre and the Ifema congress centre. |
The Velada Madrid Hotel is strategically located in one of the most important streets in the city, the Alcala street, only 5 minutes from the Interntational Expedition Center fairground (Juan Carlos... |
This hotel is located in the commercial heart of Madrid, next to the Kio Towers on Paseo de la Castellana. It is a functional, modern space, and offers free Wi-Fi. |
