+ Chambre confortable et bien insonorisée + le gym est très bien équipé (mais très fréquenté le soir avant le dîner donc il y a tout de même la queue pour les machines cardio…) + localisation (pour le business)

- Restaurant très cher: j’ai commandé du poisson à la carte et j’ai eu, pour 28 euros, un minuscule morceau de poisson une rondelle de courgette et trois asperge. - L’internet Wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout et il n’y a que 2 stations d’ ordinateurs à disposition et avec aucune tranquillité puisqu’ils sont dans le couloir sur un lieu de passage devant le bar - J’ai demandé une séance UV, d’abbord ils ne donnent pas de lunette, et une fois installée malgré tout, la machine ne marchait pas… - Le personnel ne parle qu’Espagnol, même pas anglais. - La climatisation est au maximum dans le restaurant, il fait très froid ! - La piscine intérieure est payante : 25 euros l’entrée unique !

I had a big hassel over getting a converter plug for computer, The first person I spoke to suggested I leave the Hotel, walk accross the street ,turn right and I should be able to find a store that carried them.after a 10 min. Walk, That from a 4 star hotel?

The professionalism of the manager to solve our situation (booking not completely transmitted from booking.com). The room we eventually got. The kindness of the staff (cleaning ladies and breakfast room)

I would like to suggest a "smile pill" for the recepcionist!!! She was rude and blunt. So, as you are arriving at this hotel expect a bad calling card which actually spoils the whole stay as it is the one thing you'll retain at once.

Staff were promptly available even though I arrived and departed very early in the morning (4-5am). Room was exceptionally comfortable. Room service was prompt and good. Particularly impressed with reasonable price of room.

Good rooms, good breakfast, good acess to transports and excelent spa.

Spa and pool closed - for refurbishment, I was not advised before arrival as hotel was chosen for this facility to be available.

The room was clean

The hotel decoration reveled a very bad taste. When we arrived to the hotel the Reception did not have our reservation, the 1st time this opened with Bookings.com. The receptionists and doorman were not either nice or helpfull. The Wi-Fi shoulded be free and avaiable in all hotel but didn´t work during afternoon and evening - when requested help to the staff, they were not able to do so.

Excellent hotel with perfect breakfast, staff is very friendly, fitness facilities are one of the best I've seen so far. It was so good that I did not want to go out of the hotel.
